Slow day
Play here a lot. Wished I could have played alone. Was slowed up by group I was forced to play with due to tee time bookings. I usually can play by myself but the last two times I was not given that option.

Small course. Excellent greens.
Mostly par 3. Green conditions very good. If you want to walk take your push cart. Easily walkable.

This is only a Par 3 Course
Not being from the area I did not realize that this was only a course with primarily par 3 holes. 14 to be exact with 4 par 4 holes. It was fun to play but I had no clue this was a short par 58 course so I was disappointed that I did not know it was only par 3 holes. You need an 8,9, and pitching wedge plus your putter to play this course for the most part. Some of the pars were literally a chip shot of 90 yards or less.. Just do your research and make sure you don't mind this type of course

This Golf Corse Architect Is A Genius
I think the way the course is carved out is incredible. Creative use of the mountainous features makes for a challenging yet fun golf course. Wished I lived in the area so I could play more.

Executive
I call it my 'practice' or 'bounce back' or 'get healthy' course. Good for easing up on the swing and the high expectations of some of the more prestigious courses that you really want to play well on. Sort of a left-handed compliment, sure but you're not likely to boast about the time you shot the lights out, here.
Can be overbooked and crowded sometimes. SHOULD be able to get through 18 in under 4.
