It's Fox Creek.
Listen, this isn't Capital City Club or Atlanta Athletic Club, or any of the other high dollar country club golf courses. This is Fox Creek, and it fills a specific purpose and does it very well. Affordable golf to the public while presenting a really fun executive course. Sometimes the tee boxes may be in less than desireable shape, sometimes the greens are so slow your ball decelerates on a downhill, and most of the time the course is in pretty good condition. But if you want to come play 18 for a reasonable price in the metro area, and have a good time, Fox Creek is the easy choice.

Great value for the area
Good area to warm up. Staff is very friendly. Pretty decent food and beverage selection. They had a guy smoking sausage and pulled pork in the parking lot when we were there and it was delicious. Pace of play is usually good. Course isn’t too long but is well kept for the most part. Only major downside is that the bunkers are generally concrete and all of the holes are right in top of each other.

Nice Little Course
Enjoyed playing here, greens were in good shape, tee boxes have seen better days however.

Hard as a brick
Lot of bare spots but greens are nice. Tee boxes need work. Two stud helpers Gavin and Will!

Great course, especially for a beginner
Started playing last year and Fox Creek has been a staple in the courses I play monthly. I try to play here at least once or twice every two weeks. I would say I have played this course about 20 times so far. It's great for new players like me, and is very well maintained. The driving range is great, although some shade would be nice! Great value for a round of golf.

Great course but SLOW pace
This is a great course that can be played in under 3 hours but the starter sends people off too close together and they don't make twosomes consolidate into 1 group and they also let guys play as sixsomes. It took us 1 hour to get through 3 holes. it was painful

Beware of people
I can’t believe our cart got hit twice in the same round. No Fore or anything, just glad we didn’t get hurt.

Great course for beginners
Good short course for myself and friends that were beginners. Not a lot of water traps or sand which was nice as a beginner. Pace of play was good, people were friendly as well.

Great course to test your short game!
Only two cons on the day we played: Tee boxes need work (hard as a rock and beat up) and the SUPER slow group in front of us. We didn't have anywhere to be so the slow play didn't bother us. The weather was great, the staff was awesome, the course was in really good shape (besides the tee boxes), bev cart was running, and music was bumpin! Had a great time and learned that my putting is still atrocious!! Also, not a bad idea to invest in a helmet, holes are close together and some other golfers like to wait until the ball lands to yell fore! Adds a new level of excitement to the game :)

Not ideal course conditions
It’s acceptable to have a fairway with dead patches of grass and even dirt patches. However, when the tee boxes are rock hard to the extent where you can’t insert a tee, that’s where I draw the line. The tee boxes need a lot of work and the cart paths are in a desperate need for maintenance. The staff of very nice, but the course needs lots of tlc.
