Hapuna Golf Course

Wonderful weather conditions (of course - after all, it is Hawaii) and the course conditions were A-!! Greens are phenomenal! As far as the overall experience, I would have rather seen a club/ball cleaner mounted on the cart instead of 2 coolers and a GPS system in the carts would have been nice particularly since this was the 1st time we have played this course. Many blind shots and no idea where to hit.

Due to Covid, course was empty. Our foursome didn't try but played in 3.5 hours

Beautiful course with distant views of the ocean on most holes. Course conditions are very good. Lots of up and down fairways. Several blind shots. Distance marking are not on all sprinkler heads. Staff exceptionally good. Would play again.

This gets affected by the wind like you have no idea. Too many holes play against the wind. I waisted 5 minutes on the one tee box trying to keep the ball on the tee. I can’t believe the golf course doesn’t offer GPS . For the money the they charge they should.

Starter could be a little nicer. Maybe having a bad day.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating in the pro shop. Course was in excellent condition especially the greens.

it was so windy it was impossible to play shouldn't have teed off course should recommend not to play once the wind gets crazy

Course was in good shape but pace of play was slow and no Marshall on the course

Played this course a couple times back in February of 2016. Got to use the new surf the earth golf boards at the time which was super fun. Played with a fantastic couple older ladies from Idaho. Course was in good condition and great views of the ocean from the higher elevations. Of the two courses, I would still play Mauna Kea all day due to the ocean holes and layout though....

Great course. Excellent condition. Fantastic scenery. Great design with some challenging holes. The only issue was that we played in the afternoon and the last 4 holes play directly into the sun. We could not see anything. Other than that perfect experience.

Went out 9 am Sat 1st. Rented one of the new golf boards, had a blast, did not realize what an intense workout they would give you. You are basically using your weight shift to turn..trust me you havent used these muscles in years. But a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. I can see these bringing in new people/kids to the game. Hapuna is in great shape,tees, fairways and greens. The staff is friendly and helpful, and gave me plenty of instruction on the golf board.
