Kahili Golf Course

We played this course on an "aloha Friday " while the greens fees were great- the pace of play was very slow, so be warned! They really tried to stuff too many people on the course. That being said, the course had some interesting holes,and variety, so it was fun to play. Greens had some interesting breaks and definite grain.
You will get the trade winds during late morning, so expect that also.

Horrible pace of play. The longest 5 plus hour round. I have played most of maui's courses upwards of 40 rounds and this was the least enjoyable of all the rounds.

It's all about the second shot. Generous room off the tee. Challenging aproach shots. Some tricky greens. Good value for the money by Hawaii standards.

This course is very reasonable compared to other courses on the island, but is worth playing. We have played it twice so far on our trip. The staff is very friendly. We had lunch after the round and the resturant had seating over looking the course. The food was ex excellent.

I'm not a long hitter by any means, but if you really want to be challenged on this course, play the blue tees. The greens had been dusted, but rolled well.

This is the best value on the island. Book through golf now and get great rates. Friday is Aloha Friday just $49 when I was there. Very challenging for any golfer ability. The trade winds can make some of the holes monsters but just play the ball up hill side of the fairways. I always play this course more than any others when I visit the island.

A challenging track. Lots of elevation changes. What looks like a great drive can make your approach shot harder. The greens are challenging due to the breaks and the added challenge of the grain of the grass.

Kahili is a nice course that is challenging at times with lots of elevation changes. Overall, the course is in pretty good shape, however, there more than a few areas that were brown both on the fairways and the greens. They require more watering than what they're getting.

There was no beverage cart driving around which for a resort type course like this, there definitely should be.

The staff is very friendly. Good value for the price I paid.

course was in great condition with the exception of a few greens which not in the best shape, the computers on the golf carts gave the player great information, very friendly staff made this golf getaway a great experience.

This is the best course on Maui for the money. Majority of the staff is very friendly, a couple of attitudes, but overall great time.

Great track for the price. Course is maintained well and greens were in good shape. Got lucky and didn't get much wind. Pro shop was friendly along with other staff members. Will definitely return next time out on Maui.

My wife and I truly enjoyed playing there. The course was challenging but reasonable for average golfers. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We would definitely play there again on a return trip to the island.

This course might have been the second 18 for King Kamehameha country club which shares the entrance driveway....

The fairways and tee boxes were in great shape but the greens were under annual rehab....with a few showing signs of mis-steps in the process....

The experience was the best and for Maui it was the best value I have enjoyed....played six different courses and this came in number one. Much better than the old Blue course and Ellair.

Had a great time....nice course. Greens were different at each hole relating to fast or slow...hard to determine. Beautiful course, a little windy, and challenging. Definitely will come back.

What's not to like about this course. Interesting layout, good views, well maintained at half the price of the Kaanapali courses. The staff is very friendly and the clubhouse is beautiful. It is a must play on Maui.

Even though the greens had been punched and sanded recently they still rolled great. Sand was very nice. Fairway were very easy to hit from and having Gps really helped. Because it up on the hill On some holes you could see the ocean on both the east and west side of the island. It's not a five star course but worth the money paid on golfnow.

Greens had been punched, but were still very playable and fair. Conditions were breezy which made it a challenge. Will always look forward to playing this course. It's a great value with some spectacular views.

Kahili GC is the most beautiful course I have ever played. Plenty of flora with beautiful flowering shrubs and wide fairways with no danger of hitting adjacent homes. I play here every time I come to Maui. Price is always reasonable with Golf Now.

From picking up your clubs while you're stepping out of your car to the ice cold towel they give you when you're done. This place is a wonderful public course. Very friendly staff. And the course is great, beautiful views, challenging greens and brand new carts that have it all. The only thing it was lacking was some local food in the snack bar.
