Clean and well maintained
The course is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Cannot wait to come back
The course is always in great shape also pace of play always good. Staff also very friendly.
Nice course
Good time at Heritage. Friendly staff, good restaurant. Course was in good shape. Greens were good, some spotty areas in the fairways. No beverage cart.
Combative Ranger
The course scheduling led to delays, with 10-minute intervals and a slow foursome ahead starting late, dragging through the front nine. They became a threesome, picking up pace, but we stayed right behind, never more than a shot off. Around hole 12, a ranger curtly demanded we speed up, overlooking the group ahead still on the par-3 tee as we waited for our approach. A kinder, more considerate delivery, along with some awareness of the course’s flow, would’ve made a big difference.
A Slow Outing Ahead Delayed Our Start. One Cart Died On The Ninth Tee.
We arrived forty minutes before our scheduled tee time. The course had booked a "Four Player Scramble" outing in the morning, with groups starting on both nines. We were told that many groups in the outing were substantially behind pace which delayed our start, since some of the groups coming off hole 18 had to continue to the first tee in order to complete the remaining holes in their round. The Pro Shop told us that the "Rangers" had been monitoring the outing groups, but were unsuccessful in speeding up their play. As a result, our first nine holes took over two hours and forty minutes. Apparently, the course did not leave enough space after the estimated completion time of the outing before allowing scheduled tee times. All of the golf carts are gas powered. One our carts would not start at the ninth tee and we had to call the Pro Shop to bring a replacement out to us and tow in the original cart. That delayed us and the groups behind us by another fifteen minutes. The grass on the fourteenth tee is a mess, and there has been a problem with drainage on the sixteenth hole for at least three years.
First time since the reopening
I was disappointed with the course and conditions. Hard to believe it was recently totally reseeded/new turf. Looks shoddy.
I'm satisfied with the course compared to the price
I was able to play with 4 people with 3 unknown people.
The course was dynamic and the fairway was in good condition, and the rough was a little long.
It was a little difficult to find. But if you can keep the fairway well, it's a fun course. And the painting doesn't feel like it's been pressed, it's interesting because it's a little undulated. Pinwich is a little downhill, so be careful.
Always good condition and friendly staff.
Greens and fairways and tee boxes are excellent. Reasonable cost. And food is excellent as a bonus.
