Arlington Lakes Golf Club
About
Arlington Lakes Golf Club is situated amid the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Locals treasure the course as one of the area's hidden gems. At 5,331 yards from the back tees, this par-68 layout is on the shorter side but don't underestimate its level of difficulty. Besides the mature trees that frame many of the holes and 14 lakes that come into play, there are more than 100 strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout also features small, sloped greens that demand accuracy but you can take comfort in the fact that there are no doglegs. With strategic shot-placement and a bit of luck, there are some birdie opportunities available. The shorter length of the golf course will appeal to beginners but it's versatile for more advanced players to enjoy as well.

This is a challenging course all six part three present a challenge the par 4’s are tight the 2 par fives have water and good length. They did a nice job on the course renovation a few years back.
Arlington Lakes Golf Course
Great day to play, pace for 2 to play 18 holes was just over 3 hours and we walked.
Par 68 Does it Job
For a regular weekend hacker, it's a pretty good course. Would play it again.
Short but Fun Fall Course
The course was in pretty decent condition but the greens were a bit of a mess. The course is very short but utilizes some decent hole designs to make things more challenging. It was a very nice looking course to play during the fall though and I enjoyed my round.
Good course
I will make it a point to play at least 4 times a year
Only Recommended if you get a deal
Normal green fees are really not that expensive, but the course has very poorly maintained greens and tee boxes. Quite frankly I wouldn't pay more than $40 with a cart. Course is very short about 5300 or even less depending on tee box locations, however it has enough harder holes to keep it interesting. It's not a bad track just one that needs some attention. Slow play abounds.
