This could be a really nice course
This is a fairly long course as compared to others in the area. They could put another set of tees forward for ladies/seniors/juniors. Layout would cater to the less skilled golfer (not too much trouble to get into) and probably improve bookings.
Tees were terrible rough, hard and little grass. Fairways were hard as a rock unusual for this time of year. Greens were ok but needed cutting and rolling. Rough was high and lost a few balls to this issue. Carts don't have GPS and are older, but serviceable. I play here a few times a year. Would play more often if improvements were made. Can get better course for same price most times.
