Not Fond Of The Ski Hill Holes, Other Than That Everthing Was Fine

Course conditions are downright bad. Multiple tee boxes without GRASS and undistinguishable fairways throughout. Slow greens aren’t always a problem, but these are egregious. Layout is okay and gets more interesting on the back. Staff was very friendly.

Overall not the worst course ever, but anything over $30 is highway robbery (and they charge nearly $60!!!!).

As a Bartlett resident, I genuinely want to continue supporting Villa Olivia, but each visit leaves me more disappointed with the course conditions. The tee boxes, for example, are often more dirt than grass, which really detracts from the experience. To be fair, part of the issue seems to stem from the behavior of some players who don’t treat the course with the care it requires. Still, it’s disheartening to see the overall maintenance slipping.

I last played this course about 10 years ago when it was considered one of the nicer courses to choose from in the area. Now the tee boxes are uneven, the bunkers are basically dirt pits, and the course is simply in a state of disrepair, but they still charge a premium to play. Unfortunately I’d recommend to play just about anywhere else nearby for a better value. The staff are still very kind and helpful, but the lack of amenities is not their fault.

First, golf now ripped me off and charged me $10 just ti make the reservation. Something I could have done for free with a call to the course.

The tee boxes are so ripped up you are better getting off the tee boxes to find any grass.

Nothing about the course is in even ok shape.

I do not recommend playing here.

Decent course. Friendly staff. Could use a little TLC, but the price is fair.

Had fun playing here. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were ok. Tee boxes were mildly terrible.

Had a great time playing this course. Played from the white teas and shot a 79. I loved the elevation changes and the course had some challenging holes. The greens were in good condition, the pace of play was great on a Thursday morning. The tee boxes needed some care but did not bother me. Much. Overall the layout was fun and I wil be back to play it again for sure. I normally never review a course but I thoroughly enjoyed the round and was a great price!

Had a great time today shot my best round yet with 80. I think the course is in great shape and well layed out. My only complaint would be the pace of play was super slow there was 3 different groups waiting to tee off at almost every hole and never saw a marshal to enforce the pace or tell the slow group holding everyone up to let everyone else play thru if they are gonna be that slow

Tee boxes are in very rough shape and even sometimes hard to find any decent grass. The price is right, but don’t have high expectations on the condition.

This was my 2nd time at this course in a week. I hadn't played here since last year. I noticed that several of the tees were is substandard condition. It seems like they should be moved more? Otherwise, the course itself was in decent shape.
