Fun Course to play
Challenging and fun course to play. It was in good shape and the pace was very good . I try to play there 3/4 times per year and always have a good time.
some fairway work needed, Greens in great shape
Had not played this course in several years because it was not in good shape the last time I played it. This time , overall, it was much improved. We were very pleased.
Good time at a really cool course
Very unique as three holes you have to travel under an overpass to get to next to a creek. Had a good time and a nice cigar from the shop! Thx

Not in good shape
Tee boxes in disrepair.
Fairways not good either.
Dirt in the bunkers, no sand.
If you just want to hit a few balls ok, but choose another course if you desire a good golfing experience.
Excellent for quick 9
First time playing and ended up doing 18. Well worth the money and nearly zero obstacles. Will play again and again. Highly recommended
River Oaks looks good
Played april 23 and as you know there is some water in spots on the course but not in the fairways. The greens maintained nice over the winter and look great. The putts are rolling slower than normal because the greens are wet but the ball checks up really good also. The 12th hole is forever closed because Cook County won’t fix the bridge so the 14th par 3 is there to stay. I will say the 14th hole looks good and is an actual green (if you played in the past you know what I mean lol). Can’t wait to come back when the course dries out over the next month. I shot an 80 w/1 birdie and 2 double bogeys
