Rainy and wet
It rained and poured and thunder.
By the time me and my buddy got on the course the conditions were miserable. Wet conditions. Puddles everywhere. I am super surprised they let a cart onto the course. But I had a fun time overall.
I would play the course again when the weather is far better outside.

good local spot
As somebody pretty new to the game, it's been very nice to have this place close to home. The holes are not very long, and the conditions aren't the best, but not too busy and the price is right. I always have a good time.

lack of maintenance
all summer long the tee boxes have been in HORRIBLE shape. Someone from management should go out & look at the terrible conditions of the tee boxes. Some boxes haven't been moved all summer.
