Greens were in nice shape but tee box and fairways not so much
Needs a lot of work
A decent municipal course but the County has not keep up the maintenance. The course is in really bad shape & the tee boxes are non-existence. Someone needs to take charge before the course becomes unplayable from the tee boxes.
Average
Course is pretty no sand minimal water and out of hounds. Easy course. The tees are what makes this course rough. Mat tees. And the grass tees are torn up. Also smaller course so a lot of crossover with balls from other holes in your fairway
Great course
I play here about once a week and always get a good tee time. Friendly people, good neighborhood, and perfect place to put a course. Will continue to golf here vs other courses. Can’t beat the price and availability tee times.
Challenging and fun
Challenging course but fun. Many different course/hole elements. Bring a few extra balls. Staff was very friendly and inviting.
Good scoring opportunities!
I really enjoyed this track! Not particularly difficult, but fun and well-maintained. Hit the ball straight and in most cases you're on in two or one!
Very Nice Course for the price
Only suggestion is to post signage for golfers to repair greens and also have groundskeeper go around to do this every 2 days for the lazy people who do not repair..
Course was kind of beat up, cart's brake didn't work, staff was awesome though, and tons of people were clearly drunk an having a blast so it's THAT type of course.
Most holes have a turf mat you hit off not grass, very odd, first time seeing that.
Edgebrook
The course is fun & relatively easy to play.
The staff - especially RICHARD - makes the course one of the best places to play in the area. RICHARD is main reason my wife & I golf at Edgebrook. He's friendly, professional, empathetic & extremely helpful. Golf courses need more professionals like RICHARD.
Starting to come back
It had been three years since we played Edgebrook. They are starting to put some money in the course have trimmed a lot of the over hanging trees and took out some of the dead ones still need some work especially number 2. The one thing that really needs to happen is the greens need to be cut shorter. You had to murder the ball to get it to the hole if you were any distance away and some more sand in the traps. I would play it again but would not rush back out to play.
