good local spot
As somebody pretty new to the game, it's been very nice to have this place close to home. The holes are not very long, and the conditions aren't the best, but not too busy and the price is right. I always have a good time.

Practice course, short, bad boxes
100% a practice track. Do not play here if you have more than mild expectations. Tee boxes are driving range pads.

lack of maintenance
all summer long the tee boxes have been in HORRIBLE shape. Someone from management should go out & look at the terrible conditions of the tee boxes. Some boxes haven't been moved all summer.
