Pace of Play
took us almost 3 hours to play 9 holes, ended up leaving on hole 12 because we were backed up almost 4 groups deep on the tee box. Course is great if the pace is moving along, but it was basically unbearable to play. Group in front of us were also hacking it up dropping 3-4 balls a piece on each hole. Ranger never came around once to say anything
Great Day
Great day for golf. Round delayed due to frost, no biggie. You play in the Midwest its expected. Round delayed 30 min, got penalized for pace of play due to group ahead of us. Spent day waiting on group ahead of us. Will not deter me from playing this Greta course. Rangers have to see why groups are moving slow instead of assuming who the slow group is.

Diabolical Greens
This was my 2nd time playing here. I remembered tricky greens but they were very tricky placements today. Many Greens are multi tiered so if you are on wrong part, good luck 2 putting. Pace of play was 3 hours 45 minutes so I was happy with that. They have great practice facilities and overall....a great experience. I recommend.

FUN ROUND
Pretty course, holes are not terribly challenging but greens are undulating so you pay there!

These greens are tough
If you enjoy challenging greens this is the course for you.

Great Muni Course - Crazy Greens!
Overall the course was in great shape and offers a great practice facility. The greens are very undulated so be prepared to have lots of 3 putts (or more) if you’re not careful. A couple of Par 3s play very long from the tips. Good balance of fun, value, and challenge.

Nice course, greens a bit beaten up
Nice round, but several of the greens were beaten up. Also go slow the last 4 holes. Finally, was a bit frustrating at times, when the carts were disabled. Fairways were in great shape, as were the tee boxes, except on a couple of the par 3’s. Prices were up, but got a hot deal on GolfNow, that made it reasonable.
Will be back if we can get the discounted price again.

Great experience at Mt. Prospect
Played today for the first time and been wanting to play here for awhile now. Glad i did and will be back if they keep pricing reasonable. Just a tip and one tip only don't want to spoil all the fun! Make sure you bring your putting game. If you never played Mt. P before , practice the night before at a mini golf. Green run and run and keep running. You must hit the green just right or your balls will roll away. 5 stars for being a well ran city course!
