Despite the wind and rain
It was a great day at Old Orchard CC. Really nice layout and in reasonably good nick as they say. Shows wear from the high volume of players it handles but the grass and greens were in overall fine condition. Can’t wait to go back.
A gem
A great, unrushed round!
One suggestion would be better signage and scorecard. Had several confusing moments not knowing which way to the next hole.

second time playing...always in great condition..Teed off as a single at 8am..played thru 2 forsomes on 10 and 11...and played in 3hrs 15mins...
Old course, lots of charm
I recommend this course regularly. The trees are all old growth so it is beautiful and easy to get around. The course was in great shape. The fairways were very soft, the rough was a bit shaggy but not terrible. The greens are small but usually soft, receptive and fairly flat so easy to putt. I love the clubhouse because it seems straight out of the 60's era. The course amenities could use some work as the practice area and putting green are pretty substandard. It's on the short side but still has challenges as many holes have water protecting the green so you can't drive them. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Sub par
First time at the course, was in good condition however the signage along the whole course was terrible . For the price we expected to be much nicer/better amenities. Don’t plan on coming back this season.
Not One employee wore a mask
checked in and they gave you a lecture about how they we're not including cart with the price anymore and had to ask for the manager to get one that day I know when I book if it says cart nobody cared that work there about wearing a mask not even the management I never saw one person wearing a mask so much for social distancing and I never saw a ranger out on the course FYI IF YOUR NOT INCLUDING CART WITH TEE TIME PRICE I WONT BE BACK the guy actually said it was the governor's fault that they weren't doing any more in to get a hold of the governor if I had a problem with it first I ever heard of the course not making their own prices
Great staff and price
George was great allowed us to switch our tee time spoke with Mike also at the clubhouse was very cordial got it for $25 with a card included nice course for the money will be back if they include cart with hot deal
Great track
Great track for the price and given the weather, very comfortable walk. Be sure to get a score card, green to tee mapping is t as intuitive as you’d think. Definitely will play here again.
