Elevation changes and water
This was a fun course, but as the review title indicates, there is a lot of water. It’s a pretty course with significant elevation changes. I bet overlooking views would look awesome in autumn. However, walking the course was a bit of a challenging. Pace of play wasn’t an issue, since I was the first to tee off for the day.
I recommend playing there, but I’m not in a rush to go back.

Disappointing
I have played this course many times. It seems like ownership let this one go. Goose crap on the front nine was horrible, seems like no one that plays here knows how to repair a ball mark, and the tee boxes on the back nine need a lot of work.
As I hear it, ownership has repeatedly asked the geese to please not poop on the course, but so far compliance has not been unanimous.

You'll use all the clubs in your bag
One of my favorite courses. Good fairways, fast greens, lots of elevation changes, lots of different hole layouts. Like the mix of holes. Nos 11, 12, and 13 require carefully controlled shots or it's a bogey, or worse.
Condition is usually excellent, bent grass fairways and greens. Slope should probably be higher with ample water hazards and significant elevation changes. I play it about 10 times a season.
