Excellent course.
Covered bridge is in good shape for the time of the year. The bunkers need a little work, but the fairways and greens were excellent. The fairways are cut short so it’s a little hard for me to pick the ball off them. I enjoyed the round. We had a nice drink in the bar overlooking the course afterwards. It’s a beautiful view.
Great Course!
We live in Michigan and drive down at least once a year to play. The only reason i didn't give the "course condition" an excellent is because we played in early spring...when we play later it has always been in excellent condition. Course is challenging but not punitive so is good course for average and above golfers. Staff are welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable. All golf courses should send their staff here to see how a golf course should be managed. Bar is nice and well-stocked.
Country golf
Course was in great winter shape and was very challenging. Greens were true for putting and had been aerated a few weeks ago. Sand trap needs some work and the course mapping on the golf cart did not show some hazards. Enjoyed playing the course and would recommend it for most golfers
Good shape for December
Good shape for December. Temp was 45°, cart path only. Greens have been recently airated. You make your own fun. $28 on Golf Now, fair price. Not worth paying anymore though. Did I mention, It's December.
Another great course
I have never played on that type of grass but it was awesome
Ok course
Visited Louisville and this course was recommended as one of the best public courses in town. Probably expectation was too high…or possibly I should not compare the golf course in Kentucky to those in southern states. Condition, layout, management were all ok. However considering their green fee, there was nothing special about this course.
Worth it
Waited so long to play at this course. Worth every bit of it. Pace was slow, didn't get to finish round because of it. Other than that, I would most certainly play it again.

Great course. Perfect conditions. Greens rolled like a pool table.

Pursuit of Oasis
Covered Bridge is that oasis for golfers in the Kentuckiana Region. Amongst the well-groomed fairways you'll find the complementary greens that are manicured to challenge the more advanced golfer. Welcome to lakes and streams, bunkers and sand and a host of friendly and professional people at the Covered Bridge. Watch out for the 9th and 18th, Suprise Attack in our Oasis. I Always enjoy this Fuzzy Zoeller destination.
