really like the layout, great staff, greens were slower than expected

Great course with tough par 3's. New zoysia fairways. Nice and Friendly staff. I will play again soon.

Course should not have been open due to the massive amount of rain in the previous weeks. Had to play the back nine twice. It was very muddy and hard to play. The layout was great though. I will go back when it gets drier. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was a waste of time this early in the year.

Only the back nine was playable. They are re-sodding the front nine. Pretty dry course considering how much rain we got. Good course, wish the driving range would have been open.

Booked a 9:40am tee time for 04/01. I hadn't been to this course in 3 years. I was informed when i got there that the front 9, the old back 9, wasn't open yet. I had called in advance but wasn't notified about any course conditions.

But to the course. I like the layout of the golf course. Very fair but difficult. Fairways aren't really wide but are large enough. Rough was about 3 inches long in most places. Green complexes are rather simple. The greens were rolling really fast for the time of the year. Course was well maintained over the course of the winter. I will update my review once i get to play the whole course in a few months.

Excellent course and excellent value will play again

Made the 70 mi. trip on an overcast Sunday morning.
Wet conditions made it play a little long. A lot of improvements have been made to make this one nice course. Well worth the drive. Back nine is now
really nice. Nice staff, well maintained, very good greens. Will return.

Fairways were nice. The greens were ok but need some work. But the other areas were terrible. There's not a room to miss on your tee shots. Worth playing if you can get on for $25 or less.

Course was in super condition, greens fast but soft and hold well, new fairway grass on back nine coming in very nicely, overall it is one of my favorite layouts in Eastern Kentucky, the staff are very friendly and helpful, recommend this course highly!

We played after heavy rains. The course was in good condition considering all the rain. The course is fairly open with woods around the course. The woods are not so dense that if you hit a ball in, which I did, you can't find it.

Good golf course .my gold course is colse for summer enjoy playing Eagle Trace.

Pace of play was excellent! Fairways very good, though back was bumpy from new planting of zoysa. Greens very receptive and putted true. Course is very pleasing to the eye. Need more signage to the course from interstate. Cannot wait to return again.

This course is surrounded by nice houses and beautiful eastern ky scenery. Very nice place. Love the gps too.

There use to be a sign on 64 but it's not there anymore. So I didn't know what exit to take . So it was hard to find

chose from 5 tees; challenge your own skill level and enjoy a nice round of golf at a good pace. you can just about use every club in your bag !!

Narrow well kept fairways. Some hard turf. Overall impression is that the course is in excellent condition.

Course will be closed to the public after 9-15-13 while fairways are reseeded until Spring or further notice. A very nice course with several tee boxes to meet the desire of any golfer. Very enjoyable day.

Course was in good shape and a good value for the money. Pace of play was excellent and the course was somewhat crowded for a Tuesday mid-day. Rough was sparse in some places and wayward shots that hit the dirt patches would careen wildly - making your wayward shot even worse. Very good greens - they break less than they look. Fun course to play - beautiful, somewhat difficult, with a wide variety of holes. Played every club in my bag.

Overall a good track. The conditions of the fairways and greens are very good. If you are off them you will be playing of lies of rock hard clay. Rough was not constant and since I am always in the rough it was colorful to say the least.
