I thought the course was great except for the tee boxes witch weee the worst I have seen in Kentucky
Great course
I noticed several vehicles in parking lot with Lexington tags, so the news is out about how nice this course is, price reasonable, pace good, great shape. Always a pleasure to play here, glad Morehead State bought it several years ago!
Needs some work
Greens are very slow.
Fairways need mowing.
Bunkers need sand
Great mountain course
This was our first time playing this course, very well laid out, senior friendly and the staff were top notch. The GPS was backward the nines must have been switched at some point. Very enjoyable afternoon of golf.
Leaves all over the course
Course charged full price but half of the holes were unplayable with leaves covering fairway and greens. This seems to be the norm over the past two years. Other courses in the region are playable during warm fall/winter days.
Really liked this course
Course was in great shape for this time of year. Staff was professional but had very little interaction with them. I will play here again.
Eagle Trace
I’m a local guy but I LOVE this course.
Several holes you gotta hit it straight and true or your taking strokes.
If you enjoy course management and THINKING instead of just hitting all the time you’ll love this course.
Greens are consistent and fairly quick which I like.
Great course, a few holes have a few wet spots here and there but overall I’d play it everyday if I could.

The course was in very good condition.
Best pace of play we've had all year.
Last great weather this fall but not many leaves on the course.
Zoysia fairways were still green.

Place is in GREAT shape getting better every year . None in better shape within 60 miles. Friendly helpful staff. Course is challenging for any skill level. Just wish they sold beer, ha ha
Great course
This is a great course, worth the travel time from East or West on #64, use to have GPS'S on carts but not anymore, course yardage markers are pretty accurate. Morehead University should be very proud of their home course.

Fairways were all in very good condition for august in ky!
The last few times I've played this course, I've been really impressed with the condition of the course and especially the greens. I've also been really disappointed with the pace of play and how I've played 3 straight rounds as a single and not been offered to play through once!
