The course is in great condition it's a little out of the way but worth the drive the par-3 is our true part 3 and the few blind shots that they have are fun

This is a great course. The hill's and valleys make for a beautiful and challenging day. Fun to play.

This was the third time I have played this course. Each time it is better. Generous fairways and really fast greens. Amenities are top shelf as well. The staff really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great time. This is the best hot deal on the golfnow.com website. The hotel has some excellent dining too. My advantage is the course is less than an hour away. Look forward to the next chance I get to play here.

Nice course with interesting layout. Constant elevation changes make the course play much longer, and yard ages difficult to figure. Very pretty course. Tough but enjoyable.

Very seenic Great lay out lots of elevation changes. Smooth rolling greens.

Condition could have been a little better but I've seen much worse else were.

Drove there from Dayton Ohio and it was worth the drive I will do it again.

Wow, why can't this layout be duplicated in a premium course closer to the city. Maybe one of my favorite layouts, lots of risk reward and driveable par fours. I would play again even though grass quality is just not there. Sometimes hard to tell fairway apart from rough. Beautiful views and lots of elevated tee boxes.

It was tricky getting to the course but once there it was one of the best courses I have played in years. Course conditions were wet in the morning but seemed to dry out very quickly by mid morning. Never had to wait more than 1 or 2 minutes to tee off. The course had many challenging holes, but not to hard to keep me from coming back. Great day for golf and great course to play!

The course is in excellent condition, for all the rainy weather we have been having. Repairs to cart paths are being done at this time. Bunker repairs are looking real good.

Loved the course. The change in elevation was a great experience/challenge. Not an ideal course for your 3rd round of the season but definitely want to come back at the end of the season and give it another go. Very windy throughout the course/day but still an enjoyable afternoon.

What I like about this course is that it has some hills but not many blind spots so you can usually find your ball fairly easily. Most of the greens were in bad shape with some a lot worse than others. Same could be said about tee box but not as bad and more expected than the shape of the greens. Looks like they are working on adding fresh sand to the traps. I had the pleasure of hitting into one with fresh sand and was pleased with the sand. A few holes have trouble with still water if you go off the fairway so be warned if you go a day or two after a rain storm. Over all, even though I just complained a lot about the course, it was beautiful and a fun course.

Some fairways are in rough condition but ground crews were out doing maintenance. I expect the course to be much improved as Spring weather improves.

Not a very long course but a very challenging layout.

Excellent value

Course is pretty torn up. Tee boxes were in rough shape and not cut. It was difficult to distinguish fairway from rough on most holes,. They ran together. Most greens were in decent shape for this time of year. Staff was friendly. Would come back earlier in the year but never again this late.

What a big disappointment unfortunately these rinky-dink golf courses around here do not keep their courses up Teebox is chewed up nothing but crabgrass crabgrass fairways just a joke I don't know why they can't keep their golf Courses in better shape very disappointed. I wouldn't let my cattle graze out there

I played Hickory Sticks 3 years ago & the course was in good condition. Last year, conditions deteriorated and there was a huge amount of crabgrass. I thought I'd give it one more shot this year and it was again, awful. There was more crabgrass than regular grass. There were many times you would hit a good shot and the ball would hit a clump of crabgrass and shoot out to the right or left instead of continuing straight. Will never play this course again. GolfNow, very disappointed that you would continue to offer this course based on it's extremely bad conditions. I definitely wasted my money. BUYER BEWARE!!
