Bad condition
The course was in very bad condition the fairways are like rough at come of the other courses legit down the road
Great Round
Pace of play was great. Course was in good condition. This place could be a gem with a couple adjustments on course layout.

Great Couse - Poor Service
I booked and paid for my tee time through the Golf Now app. When I got to the club shop for my tee time, the starter claimed that I had not paid. I tried to insist that I had and even showed him my payment confirmation email. He arrogantly just dismissed that and told me that my Golf Now booking was only a reservation. My playing partner was with me and I didn't want to further escalate an awkward situation so I just paid again. Once I looked up my credit card statement online after the round I did in fact see two payments for my round. I eventually received a refund for the second payment but all in all it was a pretty awkward experience.
The course was in a great condition and the round was enjoyable, but it was tainted by my experience with that staff member.
Less than normal
This is the first time I'm playing this year. It has been about a year since I was last here. There seemed to be a lot of Poa annua in the tee boxes. It's early in the season so I'll see if they get that under control. I still like this course.

First time experience great for a public course and the price!
I commuted an hour from DC with a friend and it was great. This course discounts the green fee when it’s aerated, something all courses should do. They did not make me pay for an extra cart (brought a guest along) like I thought they would, and even if they had it would have only been 10 bucks. A few of the holes were spectacular, others were a little patchy in areas. I bet in the summer with nicer greens it is a hidden gem. Greens were quick but THE COURSE WAS INCREDIBLY FIRM. Was a nice switch and took some adjusting and getting used to. Was pretty cool all in all, may visit again next time they aerate. Shot 84 as a single digit handicap, and was proud of it considering what I’ve told you.
