Glade Valley Golf Club

Wish people would fix their dang divots. Sand traps need a lot of TLC. But the place was horrible. 4 were a foursome and had my 3 year old granddaughter w us. We had to wait on most shots so at least she got to play a lot. We always have a good time hear but they need Marshall's to either push people along or have them let folks thru. We just expect it now.

Pricing can be a little high depending when you play, weekend prime time is definitely not worth it. Staff is great, I enjoy the course. Overall this is a great course.

Tee boxes, fairways and especially greens were in great shape. You can tell that there is great effort going into maintenance which made for a great experience. Play was a bit slow but not too bad.

This course was in great condition and was a great value for the price. Greens rolled nice and fairways were cut beautifully. The only improvement I would make was the bunker I found myself in was hard. The sand was all packed down and didn’t play like a normal bunker.

I am so disappointed…but not with Glade Valley. New management putting the place back into previous shape. Play before football season starts and the Greenskeeper invest too much time in watching the Eagles lose. Haha, j/k Donnie. Keep up the good work!

I can't say enough good things about my round at Glade! Everyone on staff from the clubhouse, to the starter to the cart girl and cart staff could not have been better. The course was in fantastic shape! Fairways were gorgeous and greens were fast and true! Ball marks were well taken care of, I was impressed...especially since there are so many rounds played there. Thank you Glade! See you again soon!

Glady valley golf course is very flat and easy to play for ladies.

The course was in good condition. It was pretty dry and firm, but there was a lot of green and only a few brown/burnt out places in a couple of fairways. With the fairways being so firm, you got a lot of bounce and roll. The greens were in great shape and also were firm, so you were better off landing short and letting the ball roll to where you wanted it to stop. Bunkers were raked and looked decent, although I didn't land in any. This is a fairly easy scoring course, because most areas have been cleared of low-lying brush and dense vegetation, so you can recover from wayward shots. There are a couple of holes along property lines where you have to make sure you keep it in the fairway. I like Glade Valley and try to make the hour drive a couple times a year. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
