Hole 1: Par-4, 387. Good looking hole, distinguished by its gently bending fairway and big greenside bunker (hidden from view here). Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

Hole 3: Par-4, 415: Tough driving hole where a pond awaits sliced or pushed approach shots. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

The sixth. Number 1 index. Why so hard? The brook forces most to hit 3-wood from the tee, and it’s 575 yards long. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

The green, seen from right flank, at the classic par-3 8th. The tee shot plays over a water hazard. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

A par-3 that tops out at 206, seventeen requires an accurate tee shot if you hope to get aboard its green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

Friendly staff decent layout
Course is in pretty good condition for just opening. Staff is as nice as it gets. Started at noon on a Saturday and finished by 430. Only complaint is the par 5s. Only one is reachable in 2 and that is disappointing. Overall a fun tract that I will play again.
Perfect Greens
Hadn't played the course in a while - the conditions weren't too good. That's changed! Tee to green was average but the greens themselves were perfect.
Beginner golfer-yikes!
The course and greens were in really nice shape. Not too many leaf issues, either. Tee boxes could use some improvement. The carries and water hazards make this a challenging course, but not too difficult. There are some TOUGH holes, though.
There was a big downside, though, as we were a threesome, which travelled an hour to play here, got partnered up with a single who had no business being out there. Probably shot a 130, and that's being generous. It's not an enjoyable round, when you have to wait five shots before you can play your ball. I should have known when they let the guy play in blue jeans.
It wasn't busy, so they could have sent us off early but they made us wait until he got there. They blamed it on GolfNow and said that's what you get when you book on that app. Wish we could have enjoyed the course, but a 5&1/2 hour round is brutal when playing with someone you don't even know.

The course was a little bit wet, but they have it in great condition.
Great course!
Oak Ridge is a challenging and beautiful course! My only complaint is that the fairways were aerated without anyone telling me or posting a sign, but other than that, the course is in excellent shape.
playing golf
The course was in good shape. The play was very smooth. I would recommend this course to anyone.
Safari Adventure
The Safari Club to Oak Ridge is an annual pilgrimage...the course is well laid out with enough water hazards to keep you on your toes...it plays a little long but was in great shape..the greens were a little quick but well manicured...
the rough was a little long so being off the fairway created a tough shot..the staff was very friendly and accommodating..
Women are an afterthought
Would I recommend this course to a friend? Not if they're female! The course itself was in excellent shape but the women's tees were a decided afterthought. The tees were placed in dirt, randomly in the middle of the course and at one tee box over tree roots. It was a constant struggle to find good tee placement which took away from the pleasure of play. It is obvious that this course does not care about attracting female golfers which is too bad because it is otherwise a nice course.
Safari Club Outing
Another good one for the Safari Club. The staff was very good. The course was in excellent shape except for the T-Boxes. Everything was ready for us when we got there.I didn't eat there but it did look good.
Play When in the Area
Played the course today with the Safari Club and had an enjoyable experience. Fairways and greens were in good condition with several interesting hole set-ups. T-Boxes were acceptable and the ownership and 19th Hole staff were friendly and helpful as always.
A nice afternoon of golf
We have played Oak Ridge before and know they host a number of tournaments so we weren't shocked to see carts line up when we arrived but were a little worried about pace of play. I have to say the staff got it right and we were pleasantly surprised. They sent the tourney off 3 as it was a smaller group and paired us up with another GolfNow couple and sent us off 1. We were able to play 18 in 4 hours and had a very nice time. Kudos to the staff for thinking about us too. It was a nice afternoon.
Green’s were in very god shape probably best I have seen them, 12th fairway needs work from 150 in other than that coarse is in great shape, highly recommend
nice layout
