Hole 1: Par-4, 387. Good looking hole, distinguished by its gently bending fairway and big greenside bunker (hidden from view here). Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

Hole 3: Par-4, 415: Tough driving hole where a pond awaits sliced or pushed approach shots. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

The sixth. Number 1 index. Why so hard? The brook forces most to hit 3-wood from the tee, and it’s 575 yards long. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

The green, seen from right flank, at the classic par-3 8th. The tee shot plays over a water hazard. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

A par-3 that tops out at 206, seventeen requires an accurate tee shot if you hope to get aboard its green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/25/2021

Hurry up and wait
Waiting on every hole at times 3 groups Waiting to go off same tee
Great course!
I love playing Oak Ridge because the course is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition. Sand traps could use a little attention. And there's plenty of water around the course.
Great Coarse
Wish I didn’t hesitate to play this coarse for so long. The fairways and greens are impeccable. Probably the nicest and cheapest coarse I’ve played this year. Will be back for sure. If you like playing nice open manicured coarses this might be it for you then.
Great course to play
Course is in great shape, nice layout, and well worth the price to play!
Very slow greens
The course is usually in great shape but the greens where very very very slow
Great course But.....
This was our fourth time there , first 3 times were excellent, this last one was not we had groups of 4 cutting in front of us , our group was 2 and we play at a normal pace so there was no reason for that and at one point there was a women and her young daughter in a cart (no clubs) driving around in the fairways which held which held us up for about 10 minutes. Was not a good day
Hidden gem
I really enjoyed playing this course. It was in great shape and the layout was challenging. My only complaint was the pro shop. Had a noon tee time, arrived at 10:30 to see if it would be possible to go off early as I had a event I needed to attend later that evening in CT. I was told that I needed to wait until noon. Between 10:30 and noon only a threesome and another foursome went off. I was not allowed to join the threesome.
I told the person in the pro shop I completely understand if the course was full and needed to wait until noon, but only 2 groups teeing off between 10:30 and noon and not allowing me to join the threesome is a little unreasonable in my eyes.
That's my only complaint.
Test of skills
Great course and staff!
Played from the Blues, Blacks or Golds the layout will test all of your skills and the greens are fantastic.
Bring your game as this is one of the best courses in western MA.
SAFARI GOLF ASSOCIATION
ON JUNE 14TH I PLAYED AT OAK RIDGE GOLF COURSE WITH THE SAFARI GOLF ASSOCIATION
THE COURSE WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
THE GREENS WERE LIKE LIGHTING AND THE FAIRWAYS WERE IN GREAT SHAPE TOO
Slow, slow, slow
We had a 3:22 tee time and were paired up with two very nice guys. Pace was slow, no marshals, and there were 5' somes in front of us that prevented completing the round before dark, as we had to quit after 16 holes.
Nice course, fun layout, but pace was awful!
Great venue!
Great golf course to play, very challenging but fair test of your game. My only criticism here is a shortage of drinking water - none on the front and one on the back. Oak Ridge is one of Agawam's gems. From the clubhouse to the 19th hole, it's a first-class experience!
Love this course.
The staff is really friendly. The Course is in great shape and a firm challenge. Great course in all ways.
Oak Ridge
I had not played this course in years. it used to be a premier course in the area. It doesn't seem lke they have a greens keeper. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all in bad shape.
