Fantastic venue. Staff was great. Course was in great shape.

We play Waverly once or twice a month myself and the guys I play with absolutely love it course conditions are phenomenal staff is incredible and it’s just all out fabulous golf course.

The staff is “over the top” friendly. The course is an above average public course. The people working there put it at or above Pinehills level.

I have always Enjoyed Playing this Course and the Conditions After a few Days Of Rain Was Really Good , The Layout Is Really Nice And A Challenge And I Look Forward to The Next Time I can Play It With My GolfNow Account With The Right Pricing. Maintenance Of The Course Is Well Kept And Seeing The New Cart Paths Being Done Shows That They Care About The Course. I've Said Many Times Its Great To Play A Course That Puts Money in To Keeping It Up. Nice Work Waverly Oaks.

Maybe I’m remembering how beautiful this course used to be when it first opened but I’m not impressed with the shape it’s in now. This used to be a great course in exceptional shape. I’ve played this course only when it’s available as a hot deal. I would not pay full price because it’s not worth it. It’s a fantastic layout but the upkeep isn’t that terrific. Sand traps are a mix of sand and rocks and the fairways aren’t as good as Pinehills or even Crosswinds and Atlantic - even at this early in the season. I would only recommend playing here if it’s half the price of the usual fee.

Place is great, Staff was very friendly, BUT I’m a bit handicapped walk with a stick asked for a handicap flag for the cart and was told that it was strictly cartpath only. Being a past Golf Superintendent I totally understood because of the wet weather. But I struggled seemed like every hole was either up or down a big grade. Had to sit out 3 holes. I just couldn’t continue without the break. I felt like a Billy Goat! If I had known of the situation I wouldn’t have played.

Good thing is I slept 8 hours that night which I haven’t done in 30 years. Absolutely a class A facility, just awesome

Waverly has perfected the turn dog. A mid round snack that satisfies your hunger while also making you question everything about your life(you’ll know what I mean). The greens fee is worth it just to be on the same property as these meat missiles. A well placed snack shack gives you 2 opportunity’s after holes #6 and #13.

P.S. they don’t hit the same before 10a.m. plan your tee time accordingly.
