Nice course
The fairways were recently plugged so not a lot of roll! Greens were true (slower than Crosswyinds next door)
Good pace until the back 9 when we were stuck behind a slow foursome! I would like to play this in summer conditions!

Great course, challenges your game
Course was in great late season condition. Some fairways had been aerated, which is normal at this time of year. The greens were running true and had not been aerated. Very pretty Course with lots of ups and downs.
A little pricey, but the carts have GPS and cost includes a small bucket of range balls.
This place is first class
This course is beautiful first time playing here and it was amazing. Foliage was almost peak and the course was empty. Well worth the money spent
Incredible value, one of the best in Mass
Awesome layout, great deal ($105 including range balls and GPS in cart on a Monday). Fairways weren’t bad but left a little to be desired compared to the rest of the course. Fairways are open enough to hit driver on most tee boxes, but still challenging enough to keep you honest. Greens were perfect. Pro shop attendant was very friendly and courteous. Will 100% be back soon!
Enjoyable round of golf
$78 hot deal. Having not played here in over a decade, this course doesn't disappoint. Just a fun and playable course. Conditions were very good. Played in less than 4 hours.
What a difference in the staff
I had never considered going back to Waverly after the staff behavior years ago. So glad that we gave this course another shot. Great conditions. Putting surfaces were amazing. The change in staff demeanor was incredible. From start to finish, they were super friendly and professional! What a difference a decade makes.

Well-kept, fun layout
This course was manicured and fun. Pace of play was a bit slow, but the Marshall was present to improve that. Loved the layout
Be ready to block off 6 hours
After teeing off at 3:09 we waited for 2 groups of 4 to tee off on every hole through the first 9 holes. It took us 2:45 to play the front 9 …. Miserable. Other than that the course is in immaculate shape and fun to play … when you’re moving. If you’re not the first t time out good luck. Other than pace I’d recommend this course.
