Quality day at Atlantic
Brisk pace, great conditions and mid summer greens conditions (in December). Some repetition in a few of the holes but overall this is my “go to” course on the south shore.
Good value
The course was in great shape, and was challenging and fare.
nice course
The course was in great shape. The greens were fast and true. 4:10 for a foursome to play.
A fine, Fall day on the course
The course was in excellent condition for any given time of the year, and especially for early November. Greens were outstanding, rolled true, were green, and moderately fast.
Fairways and tee boxes were also in excellent condition.
Pace was slow, a little under 5 h, but part of that was our foursome involved in "skins" game, so all puts needed to be made and we spent more than a usual amount of time looking for balls. Even so, it was a great round as temps were beautiful for a mid fall day
Would recommend the course to anyone. A mix of grip-n-rip and shot placement holes. Several holes have moderate to high elevation changes. A good mix of terrain.
WOW WOW WOW!
This course is in unbelievable condition. The grounds crew deserve a raise. The fairways were tremendous and the greens were in impeccable shape. BY FAR the best conditioned course I have played all season. I can’t believe it is in such great shape on November 4!!
Great day on the course
I played with a couple friends and my son, we had a great day the staff was very friendly and the course was in great shape. I only wish I lived a little closer because I would then become a member
Fabulous Condition
One of the few public golf course always in prestige condition. Great layout, wonderful fairways and top greens anywhere. Course superintendent is too knotch.
Get a Ranger for pace of play
I have played this course 3 times this season and had an amazing experience every time. Today however was not what I would call amazing. Our tee time was 11:40 and we finished a little before 6pm(waiting at every tee shot with multiple groups). I’m the last person to make someone rush but pace of play is crucial. There’s no reason for a round to take so long. Every group was constantly waiting. Thankfully it was a beautiful day but the course needs to get a ranger to keep pace of play reasonable. There’s no reason for a round to be 6 hours long .
