Atlantic Country Club

Good course and nice people but I think when booking , we should have been notified that the the course was having major aeration going on that had just been completed shortly before the tee time.

I return to Atlantic Country Club every year. It is a fair test of your game. Always in great condition. It’s a very interesting layout with multiple tee positions. Take what it gives you, you will play well and have fun. Try to challenge the course! You are on your own! Located near the Ponds of Plymouth, it is a bit off the beaten track. Come summer you are near the cool waters of Buzzard’s Bay, the Cape Cod Canal and Massachusetts Bay. I hope to see you there soon.

Had a great time, new course to me, first round there. They had an outing that slowed things a bit, but for early in the year the greens were in great shape, and fast. I’d imagine after our spring rains the fairways will be up to standards. Tee boxes were clean and managed. Staff was friendly and accommodating(shop, starter, ranger)

I drove 2 hours from NH for a tee time purschased on Golf Now to find the course was closed for “inclement weather”. Not a cloud in the sky. Don’t risk it! Play somewhere else.

Nice round late in the season still in great condition. Super friendly staff I will come again as this truly a nice interesting fun challenging course

Course was in excellent condition. Greens a bit on the slow side (for my taste anyway), but consistent. Followed a foursome that was a bit on the slow side, but pace was OK for the most part. Staff was super. This was second time at this course, and I will be back. Off-Course Amenities review is neutral as the restaurant was closed.

Always a pleasure playing this course. The course is beautiful and in excellent condition and also importantly the staff is great. For example today I forgot an expensive foot joy pullover and a staff member followed me into parking lot toreturn. People in pro shop are great and acomadating. Love the place..

Overall, not bad, but the conditions were not quite as good as expected. The greens were good, aeration was done 3+ weeks ago. However, the rough was inconsistent, very long and thick in some spots and bare in others. Ran into some tricky, patchy, and/or bare lies. There were some bare spots in various fairways. Tee boxes were shaggy at best. The layout is very good and quite challenging. I have been playing here once a year for about 10 years and seen it in much better condition. The staff is always very friendly. Grass driving range always a plus!

The greens were aerated a week ago. Without question these were the worst greens I have played this summer. Slower than slow. The temperature today was in the 90s. CART PATH ONLY.

There are much better places to play on the cape and Plymouth.

Ease to find holes, course in good shape an staff was very nice.

Even though no one in our group played to their handicaps, we still all enjoyed the golf course. Everyone also agreed that we would play it again.. The overall conditions were very good despite the heavy rain the area experienced only 3 days earlier, and the high heat and humidity that had plagued the course over the last few weeks.

One negative about the course design is the preponderance of raised greens with steeply sloped approaches.

The course was in better condition then I would of thought with all the heat we have had. Greens were holding and no burn out in the fairways. Had a 1 pm start and was back in

The car by 4 not sure why there was not more players but I was great for us. This course is very fair for the average player all holes are pretty straight forward and the woods have been cleaned out so you can find your ball and be able to get it out. They also have a massive turf driving range and putting green that is the same speed as the course. Enjoy your day at Atlantic.
