Ok course, horrible pin placement
The course was OK. We had a good time and the staff was very friendly. My quarrels about the course really lie in the pin placement. Hole 7 (par 3) and hole 11 had pin placement on the corner of the green with a steep downhill. It felt like I was at a mini golf center rather than a golf course. The greens and the tee boxes were also rock hard. We were barely able to get our tee in the ground.
Overall, we had fun because we were just out for a good time. If you’re a serious golfer, the wait times, pin placement, and cement like greens may make you want to play elsewhere.

Pace of play and bring your helmet
Found a deal on-line. It's an extreme to the public course. Several twosome groups of what appeared to be first timers. Quit after a 3hr 9 holes. Was too frustrated after 9 to continue. The 19th hole was very nice and the staff was very friendly. You should wear a hard hat as I've never heard FOUR so many times in a round. Pay more to play a course with more seasoned golfers. My fault not theirs

Enjoy but slow
Pretty hit or miss here with pace of play. I’d really like this course if it wasn’t so slow sometimes. Not really their fault I just think a lot of bad golfers come play here. Overall nice course and the 19th hole is great. Course is in good shape for what you pay.

Pace of play
Ranger did little to control paste of play. Multiple twosomes not paired up. Party golfers not pushed. 6 hours even on a Saturday is pathetic.

Nice course
We had a great time on a spectacular day. The course has some maintenance issues with sprinkler systems but did not affect our play. The course is getting overgrown with trees jutting out on some tee boxes which creates some narrow openings to the fairways. Overall a fun and well priced course.

Fern Hill
If there is one thing I have to say, I really don’t like making online teetimes and having to pay a fee for that. I’d rather call in and if necessary put it on my CC, avoid the fee. Other than that the course was in fine shape, Speed of play was good, my group had a very good time.

The fairways and tee boxes were very dry with low grass. Not good.

meh....
the layout isn't the best. Fairways on the front are wide open but super close to one another. Some odd holes and blind shots near the condos.
Back nine will eat some balls if you're remotely wide.
Glad I played it but wouldn't go back.
