Amazing Value and challenge for the money
Course was in great condition especially for early in the year.
The short par fours leave a lot of scores open - I made 3 and 7 on two or the shorter holes.
The greens are true and I can see they will speed up as the weather heats up.
The only thing better than the course are the people who work there.

Horrible
No back 9 (management said nothing still charged me for 18)
Front 9 was in terrible shape, can’t tell the difference between the fairways and rough, looks like they haven’t done maintenance on this course this year. Will not be coming back.

Awesome course
This course was personally tough for me as a beginner . Beautiful course, friendly staff and had a great pace of play. I want to go back and get revenge on this course.

Typical fall golf
Thought the leaf control could of been better. Especially on greens or where most people will hit off the box. Lost a lot of very good shots off the tee box but other than that played fairly well.

Fall maintenance
Front 9 closed for greens maintenance Got to play back twice. Not too crowded.

Anarchy rampant
There was a senior two some hopping around the whole course, would jump on the tee of your next hole while you were finishing on the green. They weren't even quick or polite, just entitled like clueless twats.
The ranger nowhere to be seen, just no etiquette or regard to other paying patrons. Disturbing experience. When you catch up to them and stare at them or hit close to them, they'd act like you're the problem. Wasn't even given a receipt so a ranger could even sort out this mindless hole-hopping, ended up skipping a hole to get past these lunatics, then they did it again to a group a couple holes ahead, held up the entire 9 because they're idiot joyriders.

Good shape
Played early after a storm and was actually a great play. Course was in good shape outside of a tee box here and there.

Decent course but very rough in spots.
The main problem with the course is, because it is low and floods occasionally, many fairways and rough are essentially hard pan surfaces. Also, pace of play can be slow.

It’ll do
This course plays okay. The front 9 is MUCH more taken care of than the back 9. It was almost like trying to stick the tee in a fossil with how hard some areas were. The back 9 feels like it was designed for putt putt with how close each hole is to each other. Theres no beverage or snack cart service. If you just want to let off some steam or hit some balls around with some buddies then this course will do.

Watch out after the rain
You can't beat the price but watch out after a good rain. The course often floods so it becomes difficult to play on afterwards. For the price there are many less experienced players out there, so the pace of play many times is painful.
