About
Eagle Glen Golf Course is one of central Michigan's best public courses. It has a traditional links-style layout reminiscent of the great courses of Scotland. The wide-open landscape is dotted with natural wetlands and tall native grasses. The layout features large, rolling greens that are framed by strategically placed bunkers and gently sloped mounds. The greens can be tough but there is usually ample room for recoveries and the generous landing areas give high handicappers a chance too. There are many water hazards that come into play but one of the most difficult elements of the course is the wind. It's a layout that requires both accuracy and proper club selection. The sixth hole is one of the Eagle Glen's prettiest but also one of its toughest. This par 3 demands a challenging carry over a pond with very little room for error.

This was an excellent experience I can see why it is a 5 star rated course. The greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Enjoyed the links style course
The staff was so nice. They bring a golf cart out to you when you park in the parking lot.
Rough employee encounter
Had a staff member completely flip out and accuse my girlfriend and her friend of stealing a golf cart and had a yelling match that was completely uncalled for. Other than that the course was very nice and very well maintained.

Cart boy decided he wanted to leave work asap even though people had just started teeing off on the back.
After our round, we drove to our truck to unload and as soon as we stood up he was standing there. Without saying a word he put his hand on the windshield of the cart just waiting and watching us. Pretty rude way of saying hurry up and leave, even though we weren’t the problem.
What a stunning course. So much fun!
I've been wanting to play this for some time now and finally had that chance. Well worth the wait, I will be coming back, OFTEN! It's a true links style with beautiful design and stunning views. Course was maintained masterfully - cannot wait to play again!

This course is beautiful and very well kept up! It is challenging but you will find you can score well too!
Still Great
First time I played this course in a few years. I always thought it was a great course, in great shape, and had a great layout. I was pleased to find that all of the above is still true. Great round and the course was in beautiful shape. Sadly, it is no longer a hidden gem. The course gets plenty of play; but, it wasn't that bad. Play moved along even though their was leagues, members, and package play out there. Very friendly staff. A great golf course - 5 stars.
