Gaylord Golf Club

Me and my brother played Gaylord Golf Club on June 20th. Course condition was immaculate and the track was great. I'm an 18 handicap and I found it to be fairly forgiving. We got a hot deal on Golf Now the day of for a bargain. I would 100% recommend this course to golfers of all skill levels.

This course is one of upper Michigan’s hidden gems. A must for any golfer with plenty of tee options for golfers of all skill levels.

What a great way to start a vacation! Super staff, great layout, WIDE fairways, and fair sand. Very mature course, often felt like we were the only ones out there. Greens roll true, don't overread the breaks, and don't misjudge the speed.

Compared to other courses in the area with similar prices, this is one of the best. Course was overall in really good shape and the staff was friendly with good prices at the bar as well. Will make it one of my regular courses for sure.

Beautiful old course. Well maintained. Challenging but not killer. Highly recommend.

Please don’t play here. If too many people find out how great this course is, it will be harder to get a tee time and they will raise the price.

In all seriousness, GGC continues to have the finest greens anywhere. If you find yourself above the hole, good luck! The layout is fair. There are easy holes and difficult, grip and rip holes and conservative, uphill, downhill. I just love this place. It exudes character and class. An old school country club where golf is the only focus. It’s really golf in its purest form.

I love Gaylord Golf Club. Stay away.

As always, the course lived up to expectations and outdid itself. Perfect conditions, fast greens, beautiful trees, birds singing, well-manicured fairways and greens - couldn't ask for much more. Always a challenge but never overly difficult, beautiful course. 4 stars, especially when you can get a good deal like we did ($40)
