About
Golden Hawk Golf Club is an 18-hole course in Casco Township, which is just south of Richmond. You won't find too many elevation changes throughout the course but you will encounter plenty of water. There are also 36 bunkers coming into play on 12 holes. The course isn't particularly long at 6,117 yards from the back tees, but the par 4s offers some good length and the ample room off the fairways gives the course a spacious feel. The fairways are generous and quite forgiving, but golfers will face tough approaches to the greens, which are often nestled into the woods or bordered by ponds. The slightly elevated, undulating putting surfaces require accuracy. Golden Hawk Golf Club is a fair test but it's player friendly enough for high handicappers to approach with confidence.

Good Outing
Well that was a really good time. The course is in great shape. The greens are well maintained and the ball rolls true. Looking forward to another round or two there.
Play this Course…it won’t disappoint!
Good for the $$$
Pace of play was great, unfortunately got paired up with another group of 2. With a much lower skill level than me and my cousin. Definitely slowed down the day a little bit. Course was in good shape, greens were fast, tee boxes were well maintained.
Will definitely be back for another 18
Pretty solid for the $$$
Course was in great shape, pace of play was great, par 3s were a little quirky but overall the course was overall great for our 2some.
Will absolutely come back and play this again.
Not my best round
Great day on the course . Greens were slower then norm and I lost a bakers dozen balls, front nine went as normal but got stuck between league players on the back nine felt a lil rushed even though we had a 4 group in front of us it was still as if we were getting mortar shelled from the 3 behind. Which kinda dampened the enjoyment for my fiance who felt she needed to watch behind her more then focus on the game she was playing. But that's prolly what you get for picking a mid afternoon tee time for 2 to play 18 on a Friday when leagues starts around 5 -6 pm so I hold the blame . Still any day on golden hawk is a great day swinging the sticks !
Great course
Great course for women. The little red fox that visited us at the starting hole was a nice touch 😊
First timers
It was a nice course. I think rain hit them very hard the day before we played but in reasonably good shape. The only real negative comment was about the number of holes with power lines going through them. But it is what it is great staff, great carts.
Slow play/ tee times too close
Gave up after 15 holes and 5hours. They had 9 4-somes that play together once a month. 35 mins past tee time before we could even tee off. I am done with this course as it requires 5-6 hours to play.

This is a beautiful course!! It’s in fantastic shape right now and the greens are rolling true. The course makes you think, takes driver out of your hands at time, and forces you to hit a shot!! I was in town visiting family and loved it!! I’ll be looking forward to another round here next time I’m back!!
