Good Place to Play
As a last minute find and never played Rolling Meadows before, it was a very good day and pleasant place to play. Very Friendly Staff, Course was in mostly good shape (a few tee boxes were being reseeded), Greens rolled very nice. Nice layout, a good mix of some challenging holes and some a little easier.
Good Value, Friendly Staff
For the money it's not a bad course but one big improvement they could make is flattening the greens a bit. All except one were very difficult to putt for the average player. This adds frustration and certainly affects pace of play.
Nice course, played fast on a weekday
Would definitely go back again. Challenging course with a good layout and good variety. Good pace on a weekday morning. Can’t exactly tell how good the greens were because the course was wet. Same with sand, although it didn’t seem great.
Under-rated gem
I hadn’t played here in years- but it is really very nice, fun layout, very good conditions, staff were great and the value was unbeatable! I would go back here any time.
Great course no one monitoring the pace.
Love the course. Play there a least 2-3 times a month.
Only negative I have is, no one really keeps the pace of play moving.

The longest 18 I’ve ever played.
The course is decently kept and besides the fact that the vast majority of holes are Par 4’s, which I didn’t particularly like, but that’s just me. What IS important is that I had a tee time at 7:18 and didn’t get back to my car till 12:15, which I find to be absolutely ridiculous. I can understand a 4 hour round with a group of four on a slower day. But a 5. Hour. Round. Mind you the second half I was entirely alone, the first half I was matched up with three. Both 9’s played about equal in time, and this was clearly not one slow group in front of me, as the carts lined up on almost every hole all day was astounding.

A normal court
It is fun to play there for a intermediate level player. But some tee area missed a lot of grass, maybe it is Summertime that too many people play there.

Novice golfer
It’s a decent course for the price. I was expecting better.

Great Design But Needs Care
Course has a really fun layout, especially the back 9. I would say $40 is the maximum that should be paid for 18 holes.
