Got a mower?
I get it, it rained a lot Friday. How tall is the grass supposed to be on a tee box? 3 inches plus? Ridiculous! This used to be a nice course. The owners are not putting any money back into the place and it shows. Cart paths, parking lot, tee boxes and carts all terrible. For the right price you can overlook a few blemishes.
Slow play ranger just riding around took 3.5 hours to play 9 holes. I should of got a refund from the course
Don’t go until they mow
Staff was friendly but the course was an absolute mess! The grass on the tee boxes was so long the top of the tee was below the grass, the greens were as long as the first cut should be. Not much of a difference between the fairway and rough just shaggy. Waste of $30
Worst course of all time
Absolutely the worst course I’ve ever played in Michigan. Tee boxes haven’t been mowed in what looks like a few years. Fairways were completely beaten up it’s tough to even call them fairways. Greens had so many divots it was impossible to putt. Will never be going there again, and the staff is full of incompetent dickheads.

The greens were slow on the first nine holes and got faster as the course dried out., the Marsh GC was nice with some narrow tee boxes on the front none.
Terrible
The tee boxes were worse than the rough and the fairways were dirt. Terrible condition
Course was decent. Weather made it damp in places.
Recent rain made the course wet in areas and greens inconsistent as far as speed and reception. The course seemed to be in good condition. Grass on tee boxes was long but that may be due to rain making the grass to wet to cut. Overall, a good day on the course
Getting Better
I believe they are working to improve the condition of the course. It is getting in better shape . Still needs work on the cart paths though.

Club house had a teen age girl entertaining a teen age boy. Had no idea of the pin placements. Asked an employee on the course and he wasn’t sure. After two holes I called the club house and she didn’t know. After she sent the guy in the club house out to check the location of the flags she called me back to tell me the location of the flags. I got a sheet to show me the locations of the flags from a ranger but he wasn’t sure of the locations. What a joke,
No control over tee time and huge back up on each hole
