Marsh oaks
As always the course was in good condition and it offers a variety of shots. Water comes into play on quite a few holes which makes the holes more challenging. Overall this course is a very good bang for the buck.
flat greens
The course mapping has changed since they added the additional 18. All the distances were messed up. The pace of play was incredibly slow, the round was not enjoyable at all. Until they do something drastic about pace of play I won, t be back.
Course in good shape
Got there early and they would not let out out since we booked through golfnow even though tee was empty.
Pace of Play is SLOW!
Pace of play was extremely slow on a busy Sunday but foursomes need to use golf etiquette in order to speed up play (hence the USGA new initiative). The course was a little wet but in good condition and the greens were perfect! I will probably play the course again.
great course at a discounted rate
course was exceptionally busy for a Sunday afternoon. Played behind a 3 some of which one player was learning how to play the game for the first time.
Still enjoyed the afternoon, just a little slow my my style of play

Was a great day for golf had a good time. Did notice a lot of groups with 2 and three players, a more competitive price may fix that.
This course has made a lot of improvements.
The course layout is good the fairways and greens in pristine conditions. A lot of improvement on the course par 5 #17, #17 pond was filled and you are allowed to hit a long drive - more forgiving, you can reach par 5 in 2. I recommend it, I can play everyday.
I would love to play this course over and over again.
Pace of play was excellent. Old course was beautiful with maturity coming into play on this wonderful course.
Slow Play
The course is in good shape but the waiting took the fun out of it. There were two groups waiting on the tee the entire back 9.I don't know if they need the cash and are overbooking but I was not happy!!

Full size course for the price of a mini course. Great value for the dollar!
Classic old links style
Unlucky with the weather, it was raining for 3 hrs. before our tee time, I called the course to see the conditions there, and was told that some people were out on the course. I was told if the course is open, then no rain checks. We made the 1 hr. drive to the course and found heavy rain, waited for 40min. and finally teed off. Played 9 holes, and gave up due to unending rain. We will think twice before buying ahead on line. Everything else went well, better sun next time.
The course has great features
Enjoyed the round. Play was quick without any backups. Fairways were in great shape
The golf course is fair yet challenging
Some tee shots are asthetically difficult, but are fair once you reach the fairway. Greens were pretty good.
Good overall course
The day I played had a significant wait time between shots. Not a difficult course, but it provides a good opportunity to reward you for good play. Greens are fair, not too sloping like some other courses. This gives you a better chance of making some birdies.
Played Marsh Oaks course, narrow fairways, no stray shots here
Course was very narrow in fairways, not very long, but must throw darts and keep it in short grass. If ball goes out of fairways very difficult to find. Greens are hard to read, and very fast day I played
