Over priced now
This course is not worth the money anymore. Twilight price is ridiculous even. Should be $20 for twilight. $35 for any other time of day. Anything over that...go play elsewhere for the money.
Awful course management
We played the Marsh course today and it was pitiful. Other than the course layout, everything was sub par. Greens were tore up and inconsistent. Tee boxes were poorly cared for. That’s the last 60 Oak Ridge will ever trick me out of.
Do not waste $60 for the Marsh Course
Course was in absolute shambles and not taken care of. No consistency in the greens. Tees boxes were totally worthless (uneven, uncut, divot damage). Pace of play was a disaster. 5 1/2 for 18. Cart girls didn’t even have water for sale. It’s a disgrace this place charges $60 for a weekend rate on this course. It’s obvious it is only a profit machine for the owners because there are $0 going into course maintenance and amenities and it was over booked to the point of disaster. I’ve played better courses in the area for half the price. Do yourself a favor and play your round elsewhere. It’s unfair courses can catfish their patrons with nice pictures and promises of rule enforcement when the reality is completely the opposite.
5 star price for a 1 star course
$60 for a round at Marsh Oaks is absolutely outrageous!! It’s a $40 course tops even during peak season. Not worth the money or your time for that matter. Pay an extra $10 and you can play some of Metro Detroit’s Finer courses
The “marsh
It may be a short trip out to play this coarse but it is worth the drive, I highly recommend this coarse to anyone seeking a challenging round for any level of player. Low to scratch player have can shoot very low here as positioning is awarded with several opportunities to go low. Mid to upper handicap players will find plenty of challenging holes but not overwhelming to the point they get to frustrated. I always enjoy playing here and pace of play is always decent. At the turn and after a round the bar and restaurant has great food and drinks and inexpensive for quality. I play almost everyday weather permits and enjoy this entire venue and friendly staff. Keep in in the short grass !

Early season golf
Overall good experience people were very friendly and accommodating. Fairway were rough and everything else was okay. Will go again with friends
Over priced
38$ for a round, pace was good, greens were absolutely terrible, sounded like concrete under the greens very fast... seems to be an ongoing water issue with the ground throughout both of their courses here
Ok course
Played it for the first time and was super busy. People were hitting 2 shots of tees and pace of play was super slow. Given the beginning of the season, the course was in OK condition and hope with the season progressing it will do better. The carts are super old and not in best condition. For full price would definitely not recommend this course but only try out with specials. Overall suggest playing it to check it out but definitely not a go to course.
