Disappointed
i haven't played the Marsh in 10 years and I was quite disappointed with the condition the course was in.....I guarantee you that I will not be back as a customer, certainly not worth the green fee that I paid.
Not blown away
Everything was just ok. Sand traps were full of water though Not a real playable course. If your not in control off ;the tee you will have problems. A little pricey for what it is.
Bad experience
The courses tee boxes were hard dirt for the white stakes. You had to struggle to put the tee into the ground. Fairways and rough were pretty much the same, a lot of dirt and dead grass. Poor conditions overall.
Marsh Weekday
Course was in fairly good condition.
Pretty slow play due to some seniors playing who shouldn't have chosen this course.
No marshals.
This is a great course for all handicaps!
I can’t say enough how much my wife and I love playing both courses! Old Oaks and Marsh Oaks are our home courses! The staff in the clubhouse is amazing! They make you feel right at home! Thank you for the on going hospitality! See you soon.
COVID-19
There was no evidence that the golf carts that were being given had been sanitized in any way shape or form. None of the staff members were wearing mask.
Terrible tee time management
Every tee box was jammed 4 groups back and maintained that because they didn’t care about keeping tee times going just let 30-40 minute late tee times go in front of groups poor course to play if you expect to keep any pace
Awful
Could be the worse pace of play in the history of golf. 1 hour to play 2 holes. It was literally a free for all. No starter to direct traffic or push people with faster groups ahead. Club house is goals old and restaurant even older. Still baffled how this place has 36 holes but zero control of tee times.
Too many groups at the first tee.
My wife and I only played 5 of the 18 holes that we payed for. It took 90 minutes to play five holes. The group behind us hit near us a couple times. We were playing in honor of our friend Tim who golfed there often and just passed away. Disappointing that we couldn’t play more than 5 holes.
Old Reliable
Nothing has changed here. Good value for the money. The Tee boxes need some attention though.
Longest round ever
My round took over 5 hrs I really like the layout is way sooo cool but a very hard course
Wholeheartedly agree except my review was 1-star! Inexcusable conditions and the price they charge is both laughable and bewildering for such a neglected and dilapidated golf course.
