About
Meadows Golf Club in Lincoln Park offers a casual and enjoyable round for players of all skill levels. For more of a challenge, golfers can try the blue tees while the white and the red tees are more forgiving of errant shots. The course sprawls across mostly flat terrain but there are a few subtly elevated greens to contend with. The layout is situated amidst native wetlands, which come into play on many of the holes. The back nine is more challenging than the front, with the toughest hole being the par-5 13th. At 455 yards, it's not a long hole but there are two large fairway bunkers and an elevated green that is surrounded by even more sand. The best view on the golf course can also be enjoyed from the middle of the green on this hole.

Staff is starting to address the concerns. Hopefully with good weather & planning this course will get much better.
Solid course, fun layout
Meadows is a fun track that is not terribly long and has some challenging holes. It really helped to play with some folks that had played here before, so they were able to guide me around all the water. I hit a 5 wood off the tee on a lot of the short par 4s and had a nice shot into greens, but you could also try and drive the green on a bunch of the par 4s. Course conditions were a mixed bag: Tee boxes were really rough all over (but I've noticed that on a lot of Jersey courses this season), fairways were reasonably good but had some rough patches that were under repair, and greens were overall well maintained save for the high number of unrepaired ball marks (which you kindof expect at a public course). Overall it was well worth it, and I am glad I got out here.

k owing the course suffered drenching rain twice t his past wee and obviously the course, in general, could not be manicured to desirable lengths, cannot complain too much. In general, every part of the course except the greens required massive cutting. The tee boxes were venal, the fairways gobbled up balls and were as penal as the rough. Personally lost 4 balls on four consecutive holes with only 1 in the drink?
Would enjoy playing again following a dry out (golf paths only today) and severe manicure.

Average at best
The conditions are never great here. It has potential to be a beautiful challenging course and it is clear the owners are sending it in that direction. Few years it’ll be great. But there were no rangers and pace of play is always an issue here

getting better
Been a year since I played here. Happy to say I see good improvements! Fairways starting to look better. Greens in good condition and tee boxes looking good. The course hazards are slowly looking better. Staff was fantastic and helpful! Carts in good working condition and I still enjoy the low key no stress among the staff. Thanks - had a fun round.

I wasn't allowed to cancel yesterday, because I had to wait for plumer and couldn't cancel so I will be looking for other sites that will be a little more understandable.

Not Covid compliant
Played as a single, teed off at 7:15 was done by 10:00
Tee boxes were a little overgrown, Fairways are worn down in some areas.greens were in decent shape. For the price it's great..
The only thing I saw which I personally didn't agree with were racks in EVERY sand trap, ball washers were filled and usable .

This course was great for the money. Fairways need a little maintenance. Standing water in some sand traps but over all it was a great time

Course condition not great
Conditions of tee boxes and fairways was not great. Also with so many water hazards, the water seemed stagnant and there were lots of mosquitos and gnats to contend with. All in all the round is a good value for the price. And all staff were helpful and friendly.

So beat up
Played the course a few months ago and today was alarming at how badly it has deteriorated. Tee boxes are a mess, fairways dying, greens have so many ball marks I couldn't count them which is more a reflection of the golfers.
It's a fun layout being that it is short but it's so not worth the money.

Great course but tee times should be spread out
Course is under construction so it’s very understandable to come across bare dirt and cart path only holes. But it seemed the tee times were stacked on top of each other. By the time we got to the back nine we were waiting for two groups to tee off. 5 hours for 18 holes on a course we can usually do in 4.

Almost a 5 hour round
I didn’t see a ranger at all ensuring pace or play was being followed. Conditions of course were awful. I wouldn’t play here again till they fix it.
