About
The Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis is an 18-hole, public course located in Little Egg Harbor. George Fazio designed the challenging course, which has a yardage of 6,848 at the longest tees with a par of 72. The course also features tree-lined fairways and greens of bent grass and water hazards that come into play on some holes.
Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis has a particularly tricky 6th hole since there is a pond in the middle of the fairway that you must get past in order to reach the green. The golf course used to be private so it features all the amenities that a private club would have such as a restaurant and pro shop.

Pleasant surprise!
Great course, staff, and layout. Tee boxes need work after a long summer, all uneven. Other then that got caugjt behind old twosome that scooped balls out of par 4 hazard for 10 minutes while we waited. Thought they would pick up but then dropped by green and finished hole
Good 15 minutes of backup finished out last 3 holes. All and all a Great day but will have to jump them next time, my bad!
Atlantis
Id rather drive 45 minutes to play here than any course by me. Was a little slow yesterday but in general pace of play usually good

I’ve heard the course itself isn’t in the best condition at times, but it’s always been a pleasure to play me.
I give it 2 thumbs!!!!
Great course to play
The staff is friendly and welcoming we felt very comfortable with the staff we encountered in the pro shop and at the starters box
The course is well maintained and very inviting, our pace of play was fantastic as well we did not feel rushed at all

Restaurant school attached to the course was a terrific surprise. Very good food
Everything is ok not memorable great or not terribly bad ether. The starter was great and staff was friendly but I drove an hour and half to get this course today so it’s not the course that I want to recommend to my friends and get them exiting to play here. If someone living less than 30 minutes away from this place, come out and enjoy playing golf here.
Pace of play was dreadful!
I really like this course. The layout is challenging and interesting, without being impossible for the mid handicapper. Greens are consistent and true. Fairways are in good shape. Bunkers are soft and dependable. My only issue was the place of play. Played on a Friday afternoon in the fall with a 12:40 tee time. Had to wait on almost every tee box on the back nine. On some holes, there were 2 groups sheets of us at the tee box. Took us 6 hours to play 18 and not a ranger in sight.
Correction
In a previous review I thought that Atlanitis was double charging for the round of golf. I was mistaken when and have not been double charged. I have no issues with the course and would play there again if I am in the area.
Atlantis Charge
I played on Monday 9/20 at Atlantis, the course was good but they told golfnow that I didn't show up and charged me again for the round. I would avoid playing there if they are going to ripe off people by charging them for not showing up to play when they have played.
