Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis
About
The Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis is an 18-hole, public course located in Little Egg Harbor. George Fazio designed the challenging course, which has a yardage of 6,848 at the longest tees with a par of 72. The course also features tree-lined fairways and greens of bent grass and water hazards that come into play on some holes.
Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis has a particularly tricky 6th hole since there is a pond in the middle of the fairway that you must get past in order to reach the green. The golf course used to be private so it features all the amenities that a private club would have such as a restaurant and pro shop.

Needs Lots of Work
Atlantis Golf Course is in terrible condition. The tee boxes were mostly bare & rarely would you land on grass if your ball found the fairway! The entire back nine was recently air raided with your putts bouncing all the way to the hole thru heavy sand. I wish management would put money into this course since the layout is very interesting & challenging. As a senior, I got a great rate on the weekend, but still not worth the drive...
Today first 9 played very well and on the back 9 these ground were wet due to rain and high water table. All in all the course is being prepare to improve in near future.
Cancelled
I went to go play and no one called me to tell me the course was closed. Then told me I had to figure out with Golfnow on how to get my purchase back.
Ok
No beverage cart or water on course. Snack bar closed. Greens ok. Rough sparse.
Labor Day GOLFPASS
Challenging course. Greens ok . Fairways in poor shape with a lot of bare lies. Probably from overplay and carts. A lot of crabgrass. Tee boxes need some help. Played with three strangers and had a good time. Hopefully with Labor Day behind us and aerating etc. Things will get better.
Nice round
I had a good day on the links the 2 people I would have been paired with were a no show on a Holiday weekend for a prime time tee time 8:50 AM. I went of as a single and many of the golfers were kind enough to let me play through and I had a nice round of golf shooting a score of 80. 39 front 41 back the course is in good shape and the greens were in excellent shape. With the weather cooling off I am sure it will be in excellent shape for the soon to be here fall golf season.
Enjoyed playing the course.
Overall good course really enjoyed the time spend. I reccomend for anyone to book for a good time.
Great course layout
Haven’t played in quite a while. Tee boxes were a little beat up. Fairways were fair. The greens were in nice shape. Fantastic layout. Rangers were out and passed without slowing down or we would have pointed out the drunk foursome in front of us playing bumper cars with the golf carts! Or even jumping on the roof of the cart and hanging on the back! But we made the best of it and would still come back.
Greens were great
Course was in great condition, not that my game found the fairway to often. Greens were in great shape for late August.
The course was in better condition this week than from last week.
The 18 green need helps!
Nice layout. Not well manicured
Challenging layout; most fairways tree lined both sides... need to hit it straight. Greens mostly in good shape... slower than average. Tee boxes in bad shape... several hadn’t been mowed in days. Rough overgrown and spotty; quite a bit of crabgrass
Solid course
Very nice course overall. The price is very good. Greens are a little difficult and have a decent amount of sand in front of them. I would recommend this course to anyone who doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a nice round of golf.
