Nice Golf close to home
Fun layout with sufficient challenge. Great conditions in season. Great value.
Slow Play
Course condition and layout was great. The problem was when you tee off at 4:00 pm, pace of play is important to get done. The pace was painfully slow. Somehow there was a group of 5 playing ahead of us which slowed down the entire course. We could not finish the last 2 holes.
This course is awesome bang for the buck!
I have previously worked Pennsauken CC grounds crew and man has this course come along really nice. Tee to green this course us gorgeous. Give it a try!
really nice public course
the course was in great shape. Greens rolled nice. The rough was high making the course difficult and balls harder to find. this place is a good challenge.
Pennsauken 5.23
Had a great time during my round. pace of play was a little slow at times. we started off the back nine. there was an earlier tournament. once those players were off the course, play picked up. we finished a little over 4 hours. I enjoy playing during the week when I can and get a round in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours
Great course
Prob the best public course in the area, in great shape does get packed during peak hours but still for $67 can’t be beat, little on the short side but still have 2 par 5s.
Unfair pin placements
Great course but too many greens had the holes in crazy places that were sloped too severely. The greens rolled great and I like fast greens but our entire foursome thought the pin placements were frankly ridiculous and frustrating.
Golf in NJ
Course is really nice, in good condition, was a pleasure to play. The only issue was the pace of play. A ranger would have been helpful. The group ahead of us wouldn't go to their balls to play till the other guys played. And they were waiting for guys to get off par 5 and they were 300 to 325 from green after 200 yard drives. Otherwise a very pleasant time.

The course was in good shape, greens were true and challenging pace of play was great.
Fastest greens around!!!
The course was in fantastic shape. These are some of the purest and fastest greens that you will find… Which I absolutely love! This is both a blessing and a curse as you will find on the 13th green which is pretty severely sloped from back to front. A couple of us (myself included) we’re putting up the hill to the hole, only to have the putts roll right back to us because they wouldn’t stay put. A bit frustrating, but a small price to pay for greens that are in such mint condition. It’s a very challenging course, but definitely worth the price of admission! I will be back!

This course is in great shape. Greens are challenging and there's more up and down holes tha most in South Jersey.
