Spooky Brook Golf Course in Somerset is a player-friendly course that is perfect for beginners. It offers just enough of a challenge but it still allows you some room for error. At 6,655 yards from the back tees, the golf course is relatively short but the greens, tees, and fairways offer plenty of room. The mostly flat terrain makes for an enjoyable walk and it's also wide open. While the golf course may not be the most formidable test, it does have a few challenges in store. Water has a presence throughout the course, especially on the back nine. Whether or not you are looking to hone your skills or if you want a casual round, the well maintained golf course appeals to any skill level. In addition to the course, Spooky Brook G.C. also has a driving range that you can use to warm-up.

Great for the price
This course is fun for all skill levels, had my best performance of my 1 year golf career of 16 over par so I had tons of fun
Reliable course
Always fun to play spooky. Good condition and pay of play was e excellent at around 3:45.
Conditions were good, but greens were slow
Decent pace for a weekend morning. Conditions were good, but greens could have been cut and rolled.
Rude staff
I called earlier to see if I can pull my tee time due to an upcoming storm. I was told to come early as they can accommodate. When I got there early, they said it's not possible.
Obviously I was very upset they they told me one thing and another thing in person. What made it worse was the staff behavior. I would not go to this place agai.
Needs a beverage cart on weekends
Nice course but it desperately needs a beverage cart or bar. The pace of play was very slow so a couple beers or even water on a hot day would make the round much more enjoyable. They dont sell any alcohol in the clubhouse either. Such a shame.
