Spooky Brook Golf Course in Somerset is a player-friendly course that is perfect for beginners. It offers just enough of a challenge but it still allows you some room for error. At 6,655 yards from the back tees, the golf course is relatively short but the greens, tees, and fairways offer plenty of room. The mostly flat terrain makes for an enjoyable walk and it's also wide open. While the golf course may not be the most formidable test, it does have a few challenges in store. Water has a presence throughout the course, especially on the back nine. Whether or not you are looking to hone your skills or if you want a casual round, the well maintained golf course appeals to any skill level. In addition to the course, Spooky Brook G.C. also has a driving range that you can use to warm-up.

Course was muddy but considering late November had to be expected. Tee boxes where ok ,fairways in good shape ,greens rolled slow and nobody fixes there pitch marks. Pace of play .I waited on every single hole and every single shot. And no ranger to be found. People need to play from the right tee boxes and play ready golf. Especially when you are in a cart. But overall it was a good course.
Loved It
If every public course were like Spookybrook or Quailbrook golf would be booming. Pace of play was an issue but the course was not overbooked. The pace issues were due to people who had no feel for the game.
Rude from the start
Hello all, I had a 10:20 Tee time my friend got lost i understand that not spooky Brooks fault we checked in at 10:17 the starter said we lost our tee time I replied sir its not 10:20 yet I was not friendly at all for the record I understand being thier early helps I felt it was personal I just won't play spooky brook anymore I know I'm a small fish but I refuse to spend money in places I am not wanted.
Carts anyone ?
Our tee time was pushed back 40 minutes. We were ready but there were no carts.
Pace of play was fine for our 4 some until we caught and had to wait on a 2 some nice we got to 8.
They were behind a 4 some ,so it was slow going the rest of the day,
The course was in good shape except for some puddles in some sand traps
