Palms at Palm-Aire Country Club
About
The Palms Golf Course is a tract that locals and visitors alike just love to play. Originally designed by William Mitchell in 1962, the Palms was completely renovated by Karl Litton and Lorie Viola in 1996.
The accommodating fairways make it easier to hit your tee shots in play. Once on the 'dance floor', the Bermuda greens roll true and quick.
The Palms Course has a number of picturesque water hazards. As its name would indicate, the Palms features lovely native Palm trees throughout the course.
It is most definitely a true Florida golf course and one, which everybody should put on their 'must play' list .

COVID19
Staff was friendly and explained exactly what to do during this pandemic. Course was in good shape minus a few sandy spots on greens. Got paired with an two older guys so pace wasn’t where I would have liked it to be but overall solid experience.
Wouldn’t play again for a long long time. Course needs time to heal and be playable
Decent course to play, but please don’t have any high expectations. Fairways and layout are good, but the greens leave something to be desired.
Not worth more than $30 for 18 holes.
Not ready to be open
I have played this course many times and played several times during the pandemic. Every course I played handled things better than Palm-Aire. Greens were running about 4-5, probably haven’t been mowed since they closed and terribly bumpy. Sent the carts out 3 times, and mine died so I walked the last two holes. But the biggest mystery to me... how can you spread out tee times every 15 minutes and still be 30 minutes behind schedule? My worst experience of the past 2 months, and worst experience ever at Palm-Aire
Fair course
Course is ok a little work would make it a very good course. Many tees were crowned fairways were in fair condition greens a in decent shape staff is friendly and accommodating
High handicapper
It’s a nice course and very challenging, but they have to speed the pace of play. It took nearly five and a half hours to play 18 holes.
Great Round
We spent an enjoyable 4 hours and 15 minutes playing our first round of golf in South Florida. Course is in good shape especially greens. Always a busy course so don't expect a fast round. . Staff always helpful and personable. .
nice overall
Course layout and conditions were very nice. Check in policy is different. We could not check in until the group in front of us was checked in, and when they were late, starter was not happy with them or anyone behind them. snack bar was not open when we got there at 9:30.
The course is in good condition , greens are fast.
Good To play.
Breezy day on the links
The last day of a 10 day Florida trip we chose Palm Aire Palms course because of the courses we had been playing it had the best fairway and green conditions. The wind added an element of excitement and panic inducing wayward shots as some holes tight quarters between buildings and fairway.
New Year’s Eve round with the guys
Hello Golf Now golfing community. This course layout is very favorable to all types of golfers. We have had a lot of rain so the greens were very receptive. You could shoot at the pins. Fairways were a little hairy, the rough was really short, the tee boxes need attention. The boxes were how can I say it less than desirable. They were hairy ,1 1/2“ tall so the grass was up to the bottom of the ball on the tee. Most of the boxes were were crowned in the middle or concave in the middle That along with the length of the grass on them, made your tee shot a lot to think about. . Overall loved the course started at 2pm finished at dark 5:45 pm. Would defiantly play here again the afternoon price was well worth it. 25.00 for winter time in South Florida for a course in this condition is worth the money.
