Palms at Palm-Aire Country Club
About
The Palms Golf Course is a tract that locals and visitors alike just love to play. Originally designed by William Mitchell in 1962, the Palms was completely renovated by Karl Litton and Lorie Viola in 1996.
The accommodating fairways make it easier to hit your tee shots in play. Once on the 'dance floor', the Bermuda greens roll true and quick.
The Palms Course has a number of picturesque water hazards. As its name would indicate, the Palms features lovely native Palm trees throughout the course.
It is most definitely a true Florida golf course and one, which everybody should put on their 'must play' list .

Do not Play the Palms at Palm Aire
The greens were a little slow but well maintained. The rest of the course was a cow pasture. It is too bad as this was a good layout. Even the tee boxes were in bad shape. The Oaks was in somewhat better condition, so i would play that course instead.
Decent con
The greens were in good condition, fairways were in ‘rugged’ condition, but they were playable.
Interesting Layout Through the Complex
First time playing here. Holes run within a condo/apartment style complex. Large buildings and echoes were kind of strange.
Course is deceivingly difficult with tight landing areas and well placed hazards.
Greens and fairways in good shape with a few repairs needed here and there. Many divots around. Traps were freshly groomed albeit a little wet. Tee boxes were pretty rough but had been sanded. Pace of play was 4 hours for our foursome. Good to see the drink cart twice.
Overall above average.
Great Icebreaker course
First time in Florida, first day and first course.Palm Aire at the Palms was our first day and first course and we thoroughly enjoyed the course. The greens were in pretty good shape and not as fast as expected.
Fairways need work
Greens were in great shape, fairways weren't bad but if they don't get on top of them now they will need lot's of work in off season.
Foursome in front of us were pretty slow, but not courses fault. Ranger never came by. But for some reason followed them all the way up the hole, must have been regulars that they knew played slow. Will go back in off season when price drops
Surprised about the course
I was told that the Palms course was in bad shape but was pleasantly surprised how well the course was maintained. Fairways and rough was forgiving and greens were in great shape. Will play this course again when I’m down here.
Nice Morning of Golf
A weekend round in SE Florida in four hours this time a year? Pretty doggone good. Golf Now price...even better.
great course if you can handle Slow Play
we started our tee time 25 minutes late. Then I played 15 holes in 4.5 hrs! Had to leave course because of another commitment. Disappointing. Starter just said it was a typical day. Would like to play the course again in the Time stated on the scorecard: 4:08!!
Meilleur etat
L’état du terrain s’est beaucoup amélioré dans la derniers mois ce qui donne un excellent rapport qualité prix.
The Palms course at Palm-Aire
The fairways were in great condition. The greens were terrific. I would definitely recommend this course to other golfers. The only pan was the pace of play. The tee times were not spaced out far enough in between we for quite sometime in between shots off the tee and the fairway approach shots to the greens.p
Nice course
Course conditions were very good. Friendly staff. I would play here again.
Fun Round!
Good length. Wide fairways. Good condition. Greens looked great and are rolling well!
Interesting layout
The course fairways and greens were fine. The tee boxes need a lot of work as well as the cart paths - they could save the course from damage with a stepped up maintenance program. The layout is interesting and a bit too close to the condo structures for my continued liking. The staff was friendly in the morning and not so helpful in the afternoon.
