Snail
They need a ranger to push play some.
5-1/2 hour round on that course is brutal.
Very nice shorter course, excellent conditions
This is a shorter course, but definitely not executive. Review the hole distances ahead of time to select your tees, not the overall length. Some challenging greens, green locations, and fairways so you may not want to play from the tips.
Course conditions were as good as anything I have played down here except Heritage. Greens were fast, true, and fantastic. Very walkable course, it is a shame to take a cart but itis included at our time at least. We did have a 4:35 round teeing off about noon which was disappointing.. Practice areas including putting, short range, and irons only driving range. Very nice restaurant and dogs and more waiting at the grill from a friendly young woman at the turn.
An unusual but excellent combination of shorter par 70 course with great conditions.
My go to course
Course is challenging, yet fun, and is in good condition. Greens are much better than last year. Good value for money.
Will be back
First time playing and overall enjoyed the round
Front nine was slow due to the par threes being back to back,
The back nine pace of play was excellent
Greens rolled great and will be back for sure
Value, Staff, and Amenities
For two players at $155 you can play somewhere better to be honest. The course was beat up, the greens were inconsistent, and the members like to steal your golf balls. The ranger at the first hole was a total jerk. He had an attitude and was rude because we were a few mins late to the first hole due to a setback getting my wife a set of rental clubs at the “pro shop.” Made us sit to the side for over 15 mins with no one in front of us except the threesome he left go in front of us because they were early for their t-time, by almost an hour. Stated he was overwhelmed. Amenities were limited and bathroom on the back nine was disgusting. Cart girl was amazing and super accommodating but everyone else was on island time from check in.
Fun round
Native grass course. Some wear and tear as it's busy season. Looks like they have active upgrade projects going on. Decent layout. Friendly locals and staff. Decent price.
The course is well maintained and pass of play is not bad for the busy season. Friendly staff, and very nice course layout. Greens are greatly improved over last year. Would like to see a seasonal membership that would be good for snowbirds.
Nice Florida golf course.
This is a typical Florida golf course built in an older housing development. The starters, rangers and bar staff were all friendly and helpful.
The greens are some of the best I have played, fairly flat but very well maintained and the speed was just right. Not too fast, not too slow.
Bring a couple of extra balls, you will need them (especially if it’s breezy).
I felt it was a fair price for peak season compared to other courses in the area.
