Good course I’m good shape other than wet due to heavy rain. That’s out of their control staff was super nice and efficient

The greens were in bad shape with a lot of dead spots and sanded areas.the fairways were fine but the aprons were inconsistent.Cart paths were in bad shape.I liked the set up of the tees.The course booklet contained very little useful information about distances to hazards.

This was the first time we have played this course.

Wonderful treatment from the owners and staff.

Course was in reasonable condition for the time of year, but some wear and tear was evident in areas.

Reasonably difficult with a number of interesting holes.

Priced a little higher than some of the other local courses of similar or better quality.

Overall a good experience, and we will play again on our next trip here.

The owner is hardworking to keep the course in good condition however it is overpriced given the quality. Very friendly staff and convenient location when staying on Sanibel Island. We did not spot the croc nor any Gators but saw many birds and liguans.

Greens ok-ish, fairways fine, second cut horrible. You should not have bad luck concerning pace of play on a course for 69$! There was no marshall and we were playing behind a twosome of total golf ignorants! Loosig contact to the threesome ahead of them it took us four hours to play behind these two who e.g. were still on the T-Box when we finished our 2nd to last shot on the par four behind them! They were all over the place (and I am fully aware this happens to all of us from time to time, but then again it is a question of rules how long you are looking for each of your balls!). Rather spend same kind of money on Raptor, Corkscrew, Magnolia, River Hall et al. - but not in Sanibel where you have to pay an additional 6$ for the bridge!

Just played the Sanibel Island Golf Club course for the first time in 3 months, and the improvements to the layout, tees, greens, and fairways made this summer are fantastic. I liked this course 6 months ago. But I love it now. Tees, greens, hazards, and fairways are all much improved, and make this course a must play again and again.

playes it 3 times. first time it was raiing. so the staff didnt charge me for the rental clubs. 2 time they were top dressing the green, so it was free of any charge. Thank you

I played the course one day after they aerated the course. The pro shop called me in advance to inform me about the conditions. I went ahead and played and I am glad that I did. I really enjoyed the course. The course was in very good shape. There was some work going on at the par 3 12th hole but everything else was fine.

Drew (one of the owners) was very helpful. He really cares about your experience at his course and he will make sure that you have a good time.

The next time that I’m in the area I will play the course again. Good price for a good course.

The greens fees are to be expected for a vacation location. You get the convenience of not having to leave the island to play. For the money, however, you would expect better tee box grooming, ball washers, and greens not burnt out. Looks are more in line with an overplayed public course.

The iguanas were the best.... a great play... only thing wrong was the heavy traffic across the bridge 45 min wait.... but the staff was very accommodating.

Course conditions have improved since 2018. Still have a ways to go but they are making nice progress. Excellent pace of play, under 4 hours.

Since last year the greens and tee boxes grass improved as well as the Fairwys. This course is a work in progress by dedicated owners. Rescuing a treasure, long term project. Recommend playing here. Challenge for all the clubs in your bag

I see there is a recent review involving the condition of this course, I have played this course multiple times a year for a matter of years and this trip provided the best conditions yet. Still some work to be done, some greens had some damage and a few GUR in the fairways, but compared to last year they have made some significant strides. I was very impressed. No, there is not a driving range. If you want one on the island, you will have to go to the aqua range where you essentially are working off of feel. The chipping and putting green was great in my opinion, that was where I noticed the changes immediately. A few less trees on the back 9 provides some more water views, I saw the crocodile on the tee box of 3 which was pretty cool, staff continues to be top of the line. Very nice people who are genuinely glad to see you at their course, they appreciate the business and there is something to be said for that. I really enjoy this course, Not the longest track ever but 6000 is respectable, especially for being on the island. A few houses being worked on and built provided for some noise but there is only so much anyone can do about that. Give it a shot, I love running around this track.

I was looking forward to playing this course, but really disappointed, no driving range, poor putting green and no chipping area.

Course was in OK condition, except for the greens, some bad patches and the hole looked like it hadn't been changed in 2 weeks. For the the price it was a $50 course at best. I expected much better, I give it a pass.

All three golfers had a great time on the course. All the holes were different and fun to play. The greens were excellent and rolling true. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great value for the money. We will be back soon.

I did not like the quality nor the speed of the greens! Big differences from green to green.Most disturbing was the fact that the sprinklers were running while going through the halfwayhouse and we could not avoid to drive through the spray of smelly water!

Course is in good shape. Challenging but still fun. Very friendly staff.
