Connestee Falls Golf Course

I always enjoy playing Connestee. It seems to be for the most part in great shape year round. All kind of wildlife to keep you occupied while you are waiting your turn. Herds of deer and an occasional bear with plenty of chipmunks and squirrels running around. A whole lot of beautiful scenery also! If you're ever around the area don't miss an opportunity to play a round of golf on this beautiful course

Course was in great shape, was a single and I joined a regular member and his cousin for a good day. Greens and fairways in excellent condition, got a great price on Golfnow.

Golf course was great shape. My wife and I played by ourselves in 4 hours. We saw a couple of deer on just about every hole. Was truly beautiful!

This course has beautiful views and the wildlife is abundant. The conditions were very good and the greens were in fantastic shape, held the ball nicely.and were fast and true. Everything was nice and green probably over seeded with rye for the winter. My only complaints were that the fairways needed mowing and were too lush, almost like hitting out of the light rough after splitting the middle. And that the grill was closed on the day I played, which was a Sunday. I think the food would have been great if I could have tried it. Overall a great experience and definitely will return.

First time playing here and glad i did. Great course in immaculate condition. Best mountain course i have ever played. Only downside was pace of play on back nine as a couple of foursomes jumped in on the turn and slowed pace of play to a crawl. Also, no starter or ranger (members probably don't mind).

Very good course and one of the most improved courses in western NC over the past 2-3 years! Very we’ll conditioned, great greens!

We were vacationing in the NC mountains where almost all courses are private. Connestee was one of the few options. If you want a beautiful mountain course and a good value, this one’s hard to beat. Stunning views. Lots of elevated tees and greens. Wide fairways but challenging second shots. The conditions were fair. Nice, smooth greens. Fairways were mowed but kind of weedy. Tee boxes were pretty beat up. All in all, enjoyable and I would play it again.

One of the most beautiful courses I’ve ever golfed!

Manicured tee boxes, full bodied fairways, receptive greens that roll true. Add to that beautiful mountain vistas winding among select homes. The deer are so tame they don't bolt on your approach. What a delightful experience

The course is beautiful the weather was terrible. Rain and more rain.

Course looked really good until arriving at the 1st green and realizing they hadn't been cut. Terribly slow all day even after they dried out.
