Needs so much on-course TLC
Greens and traps are good. Course routing is interesting and provides variety. But the tee boxes and the fairways are a mess. Way too many bare spots, you have to play "lift clean and place" and hope there is a patch of actual grass within a club length. Can't go back until ownership invests in the grass, they should close 9 holes and work on fixing them and then close the other 9 the following year.

Let's start with the friendly staff and go from there.
1. Outstanding greens. Please don't cut them down
2. Layout is most challenging and fulfilling
3. Traps and surrounding bunkers are excellent.
A couple of recommendations.
1. Rotate the tee boxes. 50% were over used.

Great for the price on a beautiful day
The staff was super friendly and the price was right for a Friday afternoon round, but the course needs some serious maintenance. Cart paths were disastrous in some areas and the grass needed a lot of attention throughout the course. There’s also minimal amenities, just the club house with a cooler and some snacks. However the rates are appropriate for the course.

We have been working on the course, getting irrigation repaired and running. Everything is looking a lot better, now that we've had some rain. We actually do serve hot dogs and things usually on just the weekends but now that it's nicer we will be offering them some during the week. Come back out to play.

Good value.
The course greens are very nice and well maintained. They are night and day better than other courses at this price range I have played recently. The fairways are hard as a rock in some places and clubs will be scraped up if taking a shot off these patches of ground.

Our grounds staff has been working hard at getting our irrigation repaired and going to help out. With the rain we have had everything is looking a whole lot better. We hope you can get back out to see us.

Budget friendly course
Pace of play and course conditions are not in a good spot now. Some fairways are clay and gravel. Paid $25 for 18, only played 9 holes because it took 2 hours 45 mins. Course has a beyond decent design. Greens rolled very slow but were true. Some pin locations were on a slope.
Good course for the price. Early in the year so conditions were not fantastic but certainly playable

Very busy and slow pace, grass not doing well.
Very busy Saturday. Took over 3 hours for just the front 9 in a cart. Staff was not amenable to moving parties around to handle some slow groups.
Greens were in decent shape but challenging. Rest of the course’s grass isn’t doing so well, especially when wet and soggy.
Thank you for your review. Now that we're into the season and we have had rain the course is really looking great. Everyone usually loves the challenge of our greens. I'm sorry you had a bad experience on the pace of play. We hope you will give us a try soon.

Practice Time
Course is still reeling from wet weather. Fairways need more grass & tee boxes are getting not level. I like this course, but it needs some grounds improvement. I know we are coming out of winter, so I know the course will improve.

Winter Conditions
Course is nicely laid out. It was very mushy and the grass was dormant so not the most enjoyable round ever, but that’s not the course’s fault. Walked it, which was a dumb idea due to the mushiness and how hilly it is. Cannot wait to go play it it again in the summer!

I have not played in a good while and it showed on the score card but had a good time getting out there and hitting the ball. It was extremely wet from the rain. Had to move the ball several times out of standing water. This course is usually in good condition. I'll be back. The staff are very nice and friendly.
