Unexpected pleasure
First time visiting this hidden gem tucked away in the beautiful hills of Granville county. Course was in surprising good condition considering the weather. Greens rolled true and most fairways were dry and playable. The only complaint were the tee boxes but I'm sure they'll be fixed by spring. The pro shop was receptive and very friendly 👌. Can't wait to return when it's dryer and spring green. Thanks for the wonderful sunny, winter day!
Winter Golf
I was pleasantly surprised that the course was not overly wet. The people are awesome and the price is reasonable for a winter round. During weekdays the pace of play is great.
Surprisingly challenging course
Lots of ups and downs throughout the course.

The course was in fair/good shape. Greens were good too. The sand traps were not in playable shape. I have played this course 4 times in 8 months and it keeps getting better! They are making improvements.! I will play again
Try it for fun!
Beautiful greens, running true and smooth. Some blind approaches. Solid par 5's and tough par 3's. Cart paths are a big rough, but well laid out.
Challenging greens
Greens are in good shape and had very challenging breaks. Other than that I don't know what else is to be said about winter golf

The fairways could be in better conditions, but the greens were in great shape. I am ian intermediate player but found the course is challenging

SGCC golf
My friend and I love this course and have no problems driving 35-40 minutes to get here
During the week there are backups or tedious waiting. The pace of play is excellent
Autumn colors and great weather made it even more relaxing and fun
Good greens
Course is playing well with greens in great condition. It was busier than usual and pace of play was slow people need to be aware when they are slowing up others behind.
Hidden gem
Well worth the trip out. Played twice now, greens were in good shape both times. Rolled great on my last visit. Fairways and bunkers are average for the price point. Will return soon
