Fun course; lots of water but a fair challenge for beginner golfers like my son and I. Very impressed with quality of course conditions despite recent rains.

Probably the flatest course you will find in this area, but the layout makes up for the hills. Course was in good shape. Greens and fairways were great. The bunkers need a little work. Will definately play again

Today’s round was 4:40 minutes- no ranger or anyone interested in pace of play, clover and crabgrass everywhere...It did allow us time to laugh at the airport board that rumored to want to put a hotel in this swamp...Obviously they are not aware of the multiple flood issues that occur every year here...jus another way to waste taxpayers money-yes the board works for us...Wish they would find another way to meet their fanatics.....Like putting a stop sign at the merger of Hunter road.

Twosome starting at 7:30 nobody but us at the chipping green and the starter who was definitely not from the south decided to be exceptionally rude for absolutely no reason and those are the type people that ruin what was otherwise a good day so if asked pick somewhere that knows how to treat people.

My how the trees grow! Nice course, reminds me of some beach courses. Very flat overall , with just some half club elevations on some greens. The greens were slow, but very nice condition. Rolled super smooth and true. Turf was great and course was playing dry due to lack of rain. There is a low score out there for sure if ya stripe it off the t. Lot of small ponds all over the course, which is basically it’s only defense. The course has maps on every t , so pay attention and you will fair well. Plays short when it’s dry. Its in a valley, so in cold wet months, it could play much longer I would imagine … I would put it in my mix, but I live 1.75 hours away.

We had a fine afternoon playing Broadmoor. Great value for the greens fee. Very walkable. Greens not terribly fast but overall good public course experience.

This was my first time playing Broadmoor in over 2 years and the course is in really good shape in spite of being wet from the rain. If you kept it in the fairways you had a great lie. The greens were smooth and rolled true but weren't as fast as usual. The staff I encountered were very friendly and happy to help.

If you haven't played here in a while, I definitely recommend you check it out.

First time to play this course…we were just driving through the area. Very friendly staff. We played early in the AM so the pace of play was excellent. The layout is a little plain vanilla, but the greens were in EXCELLENT shape. We were very pleased. Definitely would recommend this course.
